A Smart Atmospheric Water Generator
Water is the very basic need of every living thing in this universe, without water we can’t survive more days.
Our project is about water generation from humidity due to shortage of groundwater and Dam water (stored water) we are generating water from humidity our atmosphere contains 30% of water which is evaporated water, our project is designed to convert that atmospheric water into liquid form so we can use it or drink it. Once the air is filtered through a patented air filter process, a condensation unit receives the humid air flow from the evaporator. The condensation unit then converts the water vapor into water. This process is known as Atmospheric Condensation. Once the water is generated through this process, it is then purified via a 4 step filtration process.
After the conversation of humidity into the water, we will perform water treatment because when our system,
extract water from the atmosphere contains lots of impurities which can harm the user (water treatment) in this process we will experience our water from different chemicals and minerals for purification of water so water can be used for drinking and another usage.
•The main objective of our project is to produce the maximum amount of high-quality water.
•To study the laws of thermodynamic to convert vapor molecules into water droplets.
•To develop and experimentally investigate a freshwater production based on the fundamental of thermodynamics by condensing the moisture from the ambient moist air.
•STEP NO[1]: When dirty and hot air will come into the system with the help of a fan, it will be passed through the air filter for the filtration of large dust particles.
•STEP NO[2]: After passing through the filtered air will go to the evaporator it will extract water vapor (moisture) from the air and hot air will be thrown out of the system.
•STEP NO[3]: When lot’s vapor drop will continuously fall into reservoir tank excess of water will store in the tank as impure form at so, water will be sent for filtration system by motor pump or purification water contains a lot’s impurities like Dust, Rust, Carbon, Bactria, and other poisonous gases.
• The main advantage of our project is the availability of pure and clean water every time.
•The cost of water which we are generating from the system is much lesser than the municipal water (tap water) or other private companies like Aquafina, Nestle, etc.
•Our project can be used anywhere like home, schools, offices, public places parks, and rural areas it’s very simple and easy to operate.
•It saves our time energy and money.
•There are hardly any chances to refuse that this device is portable for its simple design and endurance capability.
•It has great advantages as it works as a renewable source of atmospheric water and doesn’t need a heavy power source.
[A]: Warm vapor goes into the compressor because the compressor only vapor form of refrigerant it will compress warm vapor into (Hot & High-Pressure vapor) by compressing the volume of refrigerant, the temperature will change but phase will remain the same as vapor.
[B]: Hot & High-pressure vapor will go through the condenser it will convert into (Hot & High-Pressure Liquid), the temperature will remain the same and the phase will change into a liquid.
[C]: Hot & High-Pressure Liquid is passed through the expansion Valve it will read the temperature by the temp radiator from compressor inlet side after it will allow the refrigerant on the need base it will convert into (Cold & Low-Pressure Liquid), the temperature will decrease and the phase will Same as liquid.
[D]: When Cold & low pressure the liquid will pass through the evaporator, the main function of the evaporator which extract heat from it’s surrounding substance like (Air) when the evaporator extracts the heat from air it will become colder and heavy as vapor form and fall in the reservoir tank.
When Cold and Low-Pressure liquids extract heat from surrounding air the refrigerant will become warm vapor and the warm vapor will go to the compressor and the rest of the history cycle will continue.
