We create a portal website that provides property verification process as well as all property selling milestone with free of cost without any involvement of broker systems. The portal "ZAMAANAT" provides an environment like a real estate that provides a directory for landlords, buyers, and investors about the property information and dealing criteria. The services from this platform not just connect the parties but also provide a safe platform and a proper verification process of documents and details about the property in less time. The independent sellers and buyers can come up with solutions easily within their requirements under the supervision of related lawyers or government databases.

Project Objectives

• Provide verification process of Property that property is legal or not and the one who selling property is the real owner of the property.
• Web portal provide information regarding all buying and selling process.
• It helps the lawyer to investigate the property paper whether it is clear or not.
• Provides all property sell tax information and procedure to clear your property sell tax concerns. 
• Provides platform for the government bodies to market and gather audience for their construction projects such as Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme.
• Provides housing loans with the involvement of banks.

Project Implementation Method

The key planning for the design phase of a portal is that it should turn out to be effective and consistent for the users. Users should feel comfortable while doing any task on our portal. The user interface is divided into four main areas that help them to find their way. They are:

1. Registration/ Sign In process
2. Their respective task (either buyer or seller)
3. Searching or posting their advertisement
4. Apply for further procedure.

Directly after logging on to the portal, users according to their wish fills out the form with proper documentation and proceed to the next step wherefrom the backend, their application may accept by keeping consideration of privacy. After that, the users get an overview of all the necessary information available on the portal.

With the help of the government's official website, we make it possible to verify every entry of owner and their property that is recorded in our database based on their National Identity Card (CNIC).

Benefits of the Project

It provides a safe platform for new users where he/she wants to sell or buy property for the first time as it provides step by step monitoring for the selling of property by our system.
There is a lot of real estate website where there you can see a lot of advertisemnets but we cannot verify that the property ads are fake or real or the property owner is real or not. Our website provides a verification process they can mention on the website this property is verified or not verified through the help of a government database.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

• Portal provides a directory and subdirectory for buyers and sellers having information about their property.
• Log in or registration system activity will be there for both buyers and sellers and their accounts are generated by taking necessary information. (Proper validation for login or signup will be applied).
•  A search bar based on keywords for users will also be available.
•  The content on the portal will dynamically update.
•  Separate section for current news and advertisements.
•  Properties are categorized according to their fields.
•  Before anything is posted on the portal, our control authority will verify all the details and approved only when all the details are checked and correct.
•  The property documents and contact details will be submitted during the posting phase but hidden from other users except for the owner/buyer for a security basis.
•  Estimated time for the verification of documents should be provided during the dealing phase.
•  The registered users must be able to remove or modify their property post by just contact us via official mail provided.
•  The registered owners must be able to view the responses to their properties.
•  The registered users must be provided a list of banks that provides the facility of a property loan.
•  There will be help and support activity for the users so where they easily find their query.
