 Summary of Project

Worker is online mobile application where customer can post pictures of his/her damaged household parts of goods, with short description of damaged parts. The purpose of post is to find fit worker who can repair, fix or renew household parts of goods. Worker could be electrician, plumber and carpenter etc. Worker mobile application will consist of different categories where customer can post in needed category, like problem with electricity at home will be posted in electrician category, where worker will see the post and communicate through information given by customer when singing up. Further for the satisfaction of customer, the category is also consist of workers’ profile where his ratings, expertise and skills are described. Application will prompt customer while posting to set up home address, city and country so that worker of the same city would find him through given address. When customer posts in any category, application send notifications to all the workers of specific category to inform about the new post. Workers can comment on post to satisfy customer and gain the work. Post duration is 30 days after that post will be discarded.

Worker application will be interesting by its nature because there is no such idea implemented yet. Application will make customer and worker both beneficial which is the most interesting part of application. It will be competing ecommerce websites like fiverr.com and olx.com. Application will bring more customer due to its ease nature. Every field of person, who have skills in that field will try to be connected. Application informs worker about every new post through notifications, Application will make customer/worker be connected any time. Application can bring revolution in current world technology.

Project Implementation Method Project Implementation

System implementation is the process of implementing application in required technologies, worker uses such technologies Node.js, Express.js, Ionic framework, Mongoose, Typescript, Socket io, MongoDB, Multer, Cordova and tools are Visual studio code editor, Sublime text editor, MongoDB compass, Postman. System is built and ensure that information system is functional and meet the requirements. Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB are used for back end server development. Ionic framework  Socket io and cordova are used for front end application development. In MongoDB we have collections and documents which format data in standard way of storage in Database.

1. Worker of any type can find job any time sitting at home.
2. Customer can find experienced worker by observing its profile.
3. Customer can properly describe his/her damaged part of goods by posting pictures on worker application.
4. Customer will really not pay for the extra expenditure like carrying heavy machinery to markets.
5. Customer time will be saved, damaged part of household goods or something else will be repaired on time.
6. Customer and worker will both be beneficial and excited by the use of application.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Technical Details of Project

1. Worker mobile application include login and sign up features.
2. Application use Categories which will access to main functionality of application.
3. Application prompt customer to post add when access to any category.
4. Posting page includes file upload option where pictures will be uploaded.
5. While posting file upload will prompt for at least 1 pictures.
6. Posting page also prompt customer to give description of posted work.
7. Posting page will prompt customer to give personnel details like email, contact number.
8. Customer will select his home country, city from option given in header. He will also select home address from Google map given at the end of posting page.
9. Posting will be having a comment section through which worker can negotiate with customer.
10. Making profile includes giving name to worker profile, uploading picture of worker, describing himself in short description.
11. Page will include rating and opinions about worker, which will be given by customer.
12. Database will be managed by administration.
13. Administration can remove, update, delete from database.
14. Administration page will only be accessible for administration of application where they have the right to delete profile of worker who does not perform well.
15. Application will have proper GUI which will be built through hybrid technologies where page navigational features will be available, all the needed GUI operations will be applied.
