In today’s fast developing world, one has different types of products available in the market. In the ecommerce website customers can tell their experience and point of view about the product because when any other customer wants to buy specific product then read and analyze about the product.

To read all the reviews and feedback about the product is very difficult job so we want to solve this problem through our project. we develop a web application that can analyze all the reviews and feedback of product publish on a particular website and categorize the reviews into positive and negative then predict the emotions of the reviewers and calculate satisfaction level of the customer.

Project Objectives

• To provide the users with an output that is the analysis of almost all the reviews published for a particular product on the website, to save time and tell users about buyer’s emotions for the product by analyzing thousands of reviews in short period.

• Sentimental Analysis of the product reviews.
• Beneficial for the reviews and feedback analysis companies.
• To help the users in decision making to buy any product online.

Project Implementation Method

In this project agile software development model will be used. The project will be divided into six phases

1. Requirement gathering: in this phase we will gather the requirements from our targeted audience.
2. Design: In this phase we will design our system based on the user requirement analysis.
3. Development: In this phase we will develop the designed system.
4. Testing: In this phase we will test our system through various testing approaches.
5. Deployment: In this phase we will deploy our system on the server to be used by the users.
6. Review and Feedback: in this phase we will get feedback for our deployed system to get know about anything to be maintained, change or edit in the system

After getting feedback the process model will be repeated, if any changes required.

For the described problem, we’ll use the sentimental analysis approach to tackle the problem.

Benefits of the Project

WISA will prove to be a time-saving and decision-making advisor to the users who used to look for other's opinions for decision making. other than that WISA can help organizations having complaints and feedback systems, it can make them know about insights of public's opinions in a matter of second without going through hundreds and thousands of reviews.
WISA can be beneficial for the Government institutes, as they have a very large number of consumers, customers, or the public. they can get to know about the quality of services being delivered to the public and may derive a satisfactory level of the public for the services.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The final delivered project will be a web-based application hosted on the server. The application will allow users to put the URL link of the product of he/she wants to get insights. The application will crawl the review data from the given URL link and then perform Data pre-processing; clean the data to make it workable for the machine learning algorithm. After that sentimental analysis be performed to predict the emotions based on the data.
