Project Area of Specialization Computer ScienceProject SummaryOur final year project will a gamified recruitment platform based on the web application. It will be the strategic attempt to recreate job-like experiences and scenarios in the form of a gameplay environment to motivate and engage users. Users often compete and ultimately those who perform best are likely to be hired. Gamification is ordinarily applied to solve problems such as crowdsourcing, recruitment issues, customer retention and engagement. It will help for the companies to short the candidates as well as it will be beneficial for the applicant also as applicant can apply for the test on his/her feasible time or place.
Project ObjectivesOur Objective is to replace the manual recruitment platforms with a gamified recruitment platform. A Gamified platform has several types of games and has specific criteria to determine the exact employee’s specifications toward a certain job.
Project Implementation MethodWe will develop a frontend using HTML, CSS and JavaScript on the Laravel framework or WordPress. For database we are using MySQL Database and Xampp. We will use Subline Text as our editor. Later, we will shift our project completely to the Laravel PHP framework for the implementation and completion of our project.

accessibility and saves time and resources for the
company as well.
The trust relationship could be easily kept intact
between the candidate and company as the
candidate’s evaluation is based on AI algorithms.
Different companies can approach this gaming
platform to hire a particular employee which fulfills
the demand of a particular post.
Visualization:
We will be improving the graphics and user interface of the
whole experience. We will be improving the timeline as well
and all stages will be based on a story.
Scoring Criteria:
Our Scoring Criteria will be flexible and could be customized
by the companies as desired.
Improve Assessments:
We will assign time and score according to the question
difficulty. Some questions may require a few seconds and
while the others may require more than one minute so we’ll
assign time according to the specific question.
Screening & Recording:
Another important feature will include recording screen while
giving the test. It will help the companies to verify if the
person is dodging or did the test by himself. We can check
the recording of those who only appear in the test.
