Project Summary

Wellbeing planner is the mobile application in which we help needy people who are struggling to survive, however, due to insufficiency of their basic needs, they have to survive in a hand-to-mouth situation. As per the research study, the unemployment rate is large which is very alarming as a nation as well there are many families which don’t have any focal person that can earn, and also there are widows and orphans. We aim to help them use this application. To keep all these things in mind, we want to develop this app that is helping these types of people. Most white-collar people don’t feel good to be highlighted, the proposed application would assist them without showing them to other people. Many non-profitable NGOs are working for these types of people but they maintain data in which the home address, their names, their ID card number register it. And that’s why many white-collar people did not ask for any help. Being aware of that situation, we keep hiding their identities and want to help them. Hunger can affect people from all walks of life. Millions of people in Pakistan are just one job loss, missed pay check, or medical emergency away from hunger. But hunger doesn't affect everyone equally - some groups face like children, seniors, Indigenous, and other people of colour face hunger at much higher rates. Hunger also most often affects our neighbours who live in poverty

Aim is to help needy people to contribute to society and assist them with a better way of living. • Intend to help them stand on their foot and can start better surviving and groom them well. • Help not-for-profit organizations engage more donors and raise more money enabling them to do better thereby creating a better Pakistan. • Wellbeing Pakistan supports local food banks with food, funds, and partnerships to help them reach more of our neighbours. Together, we build a better future for families and communities across Pakistan

Project Implementation Method

The scope of Wellbeing Planner is very clear and simple. It is designed using React Native, React Native is a mobile app development framework that enables the development of multi-platform Android and iOS apps using native UI elements, also React Js include our app also contains web-based interface and admin panel that’s why we use react JS to increase the speed of site and Django as backend language and MySQL as Database.

Benefits of the Project

One of the greatest problems in the world today is hunger. While many of us enjoy the pleasures of cooking satisfying meals at home as well as dining out, there are millions of people and many of them are children in Pakistan and around the world that do not get enough food to eat. The good thing is that this problem is fixable by getting involved locally and donating or volunteering at your city's food bank or soup kitchen, as well as giving to larger charities, we can make a difference. When someone is sick, having to choose between food and treatment can lead to serious complications. For example, for food-insecure adults living with diabetes, the choice between food and controlling the disease can even lead to complications like kidney disease, eye disease, and nerve damage. • Food insecurity can lead to Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and obesity. • More than half the households the Wellbeing Pakistan serves have at least one member living with high blood pressure and more than one-third have a member with diabetes. • Children at risk of hunger are more likely to be in poor health and struggle in school. Family members in food-insecure households are also more likely to struggle with psychological and behavioral health issues. And kids struggling to get enough to eat are more likely to have problems in school and other social situations. Wellbeing Pakistan is a platform built solely for the community to identify people who are deprived of the basic needs of life. The main determination of this app is to reach those who need help and those who want to help. This platform aims to build a community, where people can identify people’s needs and help them using this platform. The main purpose is to point the white-collar people and help them secretly.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The Wellbeing Planner is a web-based and mobile application system. The system interfaces with two other systems, the NGO’S system, and the volunteer recruitment services. The system provides a secure environment for all financial transactions and storing and retrieving confidential member information. The Wellbeing planner is a new system that replaces the current manual processes for donating the money into the right hands. The system is expected to evolve over several releases, ultimately connecting to the Internet Charity services for several local NGOs and also the other medium sources for credit and debit card authorization services. Wellbeing Planner 2018-2022 18 • System interfaces It is developed for both user and admin site through which they can both communicate by using it. The user might be a donor or Donne and they both discuss the conation according to their requirement and admin manage the quires. • User interfaces User Interface is mainly developed to get the attention of users so that users got attracted and feel free to use the system. Our Ul seems like a Meezan Bank interface through which donors can easily update the timeline and donor respond to arrival requests. • Hardware interfaces It is an architecture used to connect the two devices, in the project internet plays the role of hardware interface. if the user connects with the Internet, then they will be able to connect. • Software interfaces Software interfaces are the different kinds of OS for communicating with each other, such as Windows or Android. • Communications interfaces It is used to send or receive messages from donors to NGOs or admin and vice versa • Memory storage Memory is the storage place in a system where the data and instruction are processed and stored there are different kinds of memory such as Cache Memory, Primary Memory/Main Memory, and Secondary Memory Cache temporarily store the data of donors. Primary memory holds only the user’s current operation, such as when the user requests a donation or updates his timeline. In secondary memory user data is permanently stored in a database such as his/her personal information that confirms he/she may be able to take donations or not. • Operations: Operation is the type of event that returns some action. Such as user can request, or respond • Site adaptation requirements: Site adoption is the constraint, assumption, or dependencies in a system that allow or deny the user to accept or request for donation
