INTRODUCTION:

With the advancements in internet of things we come up with an idea of water logging system , with technically operated vacuum system and drainage manipulation between storage and drain with unnecessary universal disasters to overcome with water crisis and fields enhancements with focused advantages in the production of fields and with an upraising general revenue in the agricultural sector. 

Waterlogging refers to the saturation of soil with water. soil may be regarded as waterlogged when the water table of the groundwater is too high to conveniently permit an anticipated activity, like agriculture.

In agriculture, various crops need air (specifically, oxygen) to a greater or lesser depth in the soil. Waterlogging of the soil stops air getting it. How near the water table must be to the surface for the ground to be classed as waterlogged, varies in the purpose of view. A crop’s demand for freedom from water-logging may vary between seasons of the year, as with the growing of rice.

Project Objectives

OBJECTIVES:

  • Increase of agricultural production from salt-affected lands through application of proper soil and water management practices along with other agro-techniques.
  • Prevention of deterioration of productive land through adoption of appropriate soil and water management practices.
  • Improvement of social-economic conditions of small and marginal farmers of these lands.
  • Developing expertise for handling reclamation projects in Pakistan.

  • Assign Responsibility. Diversion, data send & recieving , barriers open & closeure, Vacuum procedures.

Benefits of the Project

Advantages and benefits:

1.Limited amount of water can prevent wastage:

Required amount of water can purposely be controlled by the design of which the water is supplied as per its requirement and not making it overflow or excess amount of water with in the limitations.

 

2.Prevent fields disaster:

Low/high supply of water can purposely be a disadvantage for the fields that may not allow absorptions of water with in the era of soil to be absorb.

3.Controlled supply barrier:

It’ll divide and supply as per the given requirements as per field. In case of overflow/with an extreme case scenario will be having an option of drainage

4.Prevention / safety measures of universal flooding:

Design of the system basically refers to the safety and prevention of the fields of local farming and agricultural problems with possible ways and that are requirements, barriers and drainage.

5.Overcome water crisis / agriculture disaster.

Storage capability with all the possible clauses regarding flooding, excess amount of water in the storage may cause disaster in agricultural sector with the drainage capabilities may overcome the disasters.
