Fuel briquette machine is made for the recycling of Biomass. Pakistan has a great potential in recycling of Biomass. We can use the large amount of biomass present in Pakistan as a fuel. For this reason, this machine is created in order to increase the production of fuel from a sugar mill waste. This machine performs the tasks of mixing and compressing (shaping) and drying the fuel briquettes respectively. The task of this machine is to speed up and synchronizing the process. Our project is a part of a bigger project which is to utilize waste/leftover of a sugar mill processing industry. We are targeting waste/leftover of Mehran Sugar Mills Limited. On the basis of producing a product from the biomass of sugarcane which is the waste/leftover of Mehran Sugar Mills Limited we need to utilize such wastage. Our project is based on utilizing of byproducts which will be utilized in other bigger project based on recycling. 

Project Objectives

As we know that Pakistan is producing bulk amount of organic waste and industrial waste such as sugar mill industries. To overcome and to recycle such waste in a useful manner we have build this machine in which we will produce a useful product in a form of briquettes which can be used as fuel. The main objective of this project is to recycle the waste product of Sugar Mills to a non-renewable energy source. This project aims to be very economical as it is capable of producing 6 billion rupees per day for the industry. The time is very precious for an industry. This machine is very efficient in terms of time. Machine is capable of producing about 200 kg of briquettes per hour. The fully automated system reduces the human effort. 

Project Implementation Method

The mixer is designed to mix light and soft weighted materials. The output of the mixer is the input of briquette machine and it compresses the material and provide output in the form of briquettes.Then our briquette is moved to dryer, that is used to partially remove moisture from the briquette. This will provide a sequential flow of the process and lead us to reduce hard manual work in a simplified one-touch task.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We will make a machine in which we will just give the input and obtain output. This machine is working on three different processes. first its mixing then its compressing for shaping of briquettes and then on final stage its drying so it wont break. our machine is automated which will convert waste into fuel. The waste will go through the process of mixing then in briquette for shape and the it will go into dryer.
