This project is related to the industries which are directly or indirectly involved in the warehouse and managing the Stock and supply chain. Our project provides a robust solution to the industries to manage their inventories using RFID tags. Our project provides the Web interface and Windows Desktop app which is linked to the central DBMS (Database Management System) providing the organizations the ability to manage their employee’s data and Inventories data. Our project also provides the control to conveyor Belt Production using Computer vision to count the number of products that are manufactured which helps the organization as well as Government bodies to monitor the production of organizations to implement better policies. Our project also helps the organization to manage their inventories or carry weight from one point to another using robot. So, It is a complete solution to industries that are using traditional management, to improve their productivity, sustainability and to grow into competitive markets.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The initial phase of the project involved the development of a website using Flask framework which is the popular framework of Python. Flask is a microlight framework and based on the Model View Control framework. The website is linked with the MYSQL database and all the data from web forms is sent to the database. Data from the database is used to authenticate the users and to add additional info to inventory. RFID using Arduino is also connected to the database to read data from the tag and store it in the database. There is also an RFID card assign to each user to authenticate the user. This project also contains a windows app to provide stock management and user management using the desktop app. On the other hand, this project also involves the counting of the object which are manufacture and move on a conveyor belt. It involves the use of AI and ML algorithms along with computer vision using the Open CV library of Python. The robot involves the microcontroller STM32F3 and Servo motors and a metal frame. It carries the weight of inventories’ objects.
