Online Education System (OES) that has improved education experience for both teachers and the student’s authorities. The whole system is running on internet. The system is written in PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Users have the facility to log in from any place with internet connection. After login they are able to do register him/herself that are designed for them. The Students can apply online and that requested is completed by the admin. MCA main website is available for all users whether they are from MCA or not where visitors can have information about MCAs like MCA profile, gallery, admission process, different rules & regulations, facilities, news, courses, road map, and many more like educational website should have. It Helps MCA students and faculty regarding to search their records, like student previous records etc. And also the student can apply online from their home. It provides ease and computerized system to search student previous records more efficiently and maintain accuracy. This website is made for a Microsoft Computer Academy which wants to conduct online education in Pakistan. As the idea of online education is getting more popular day by day and is growing dramatically so the opportunities for such kind of website has increased and will continue to increase in future. Main stakeholders of this website are Institute management, faculty members, and students. This system should be secure enough and efficient so that online quizzes and video conferencing should be done accurately and without delay. The system will be used to upload, download lectures, in time assignment submission, conducting online quizzes, student admission, course registration, managing results moreover the product will manage all the record of teachers, courses, fee section, and students will be able to search the available record. The system is recommended to have a unique username and password so that nobody can misuse it.  This system must be right protected and rights of every category of user must be clearly described so that limits for every user access are defined.

Project Implementation Method

The waterfall model was first process model to be introduced. It is very simple to understand and use. In a waterfall model, each phase must be completed before the next phase can begin and there is no overlapping in the phases. Waterfall model is the earliest SDLC approach that was used for software development.

In The Waterfall approach, the whole process of software development is divided into separate phases. The outcome of one phase acts as the input for the next phase sequentially. This means that any phase in the development process begins only if the previous phase is complete. The waterfall model is a sequential design process in which progress is seen as flowing steadily downwards (like a waterfall) through the phases of Conception, Initiation, Analysis, Design, Construction, Testing, Production/Implementation and Maintenance.

All these phases are cascaded to each other in which progress is seen as flowing steadily downwards (like a waterfall) through the phases. The next phase is started only after the defined set of goals are achieved for previous phase and it is signed off, so the name Waterfall Model.

 

Benefits of the Project

In this project a new online system will handle the problem faced by the students and teachers who use the existing system. An attempt has been made to make all the sections more feasible in every respect to meet requirements. The problems discussed in the existing is removed in the proposed system. Developing a web-site means that a user can easily visit to the organization’s site and can easily get information from this site. This can help both the administration and the students to effectively access the site and saves his/her time.  Proposed system will perform all activities described in the present system and will provide necessary information with accuracy and efficiency. The proposed system is design to keep in mind all the problems and the drawback of the present system. The proposed system will provide information. The scope of the site is to provide consistent and reliable information to the students and administration. The proposed system is dynamic and one can easily get the information while sitting at home.
