Waiter Robot
The robotics technology is replacing manual work at a fast pace throughout the world. In classical cafe, restaurants and hotels, the customers face a lot of problems due to congestion at peak hours, unavailability of waiters and due to manual order processing. These shortcomings can be handled by using a restaurant automation system where Waiter Robot can be used for ordering food and serving food. In proposed system we will focus on development of waiter robot which is considered as a possible solution to restaurant automation. In envisioned system menu bar will be based on the LCD device. The customer will place order using Android based menu bar. Staff will read the order from database of that device and cook food for customer. The waiter robot then transfers food from the kitchen to the customer table. This project reduces manual service by automating table serving which will result in reducing chances of communicable diseases by manifolds; that uses food as medium.
Take order from Customer
Android Device (Interface for order food.)
Hold all orders record.
Shows order to chef in kitchen.
Serve Food to Customer.
Also use to give medicines to the patients of corona from huge distance.
Robot will follow it path (Black line)
Customer stops it and place order on android device that is attached with robot.
Then is starts and go back to the kithcen chef reads the order from application database and then prepare food and place on robot.
Robot will give food to the table. Customer stops the robot and pick its order.
In this project we will make a robot which goes to customer table.
Customer have to press button to stop it.
Customer will place the order by operating android device on robot chest.
After completion of the order the customer have to press the start/stop button again after it.
The robot will go to reception and submit order for the preparation of the food.
