Many people are suffering from temporary or permanent disabilities due to illnesses or accidents, age and health problems. For cases of difficult or impossible walking, the use of a wheelchair is becoming essential. Many of the people have blood pressure, heart and fever problems. Hospitals need a lot of staff to check ECG, temperature and blood pressure and also need a wheelchair for moving a patient. We introduce a " Voice Control Wheel Chair" with few medical facilities. So, they can easily go anywhere and they stay calm and relax. Its functions include they automatically check the Fever, Blood pressure and ECG of patients so they are in 24 hours under observation. This Wheelchair will be controlled by a voice module using an Arduino. When patient wants to change the direction of the wheelchair, he can change by voice and also the patient can call the Doctor or anyone else by voice.

Project Objectives

The objective of this project is to control the wheelchair movement using motor activated by voice recognition system, sensors and Arduino. Voice recognition system will be more safe, accurate and faster than self-controlled wheel chair. This may reduce the risk of incidents. Our smart and safe wheelchair should be able to: Avoid collisions with walls or other fixed obstacles, because we are using sensors that will be additional feature. Change the direction of wheel chair through voice and Arduino. Older people can also use this Wheelchair for their rest. We will make automatic wheelchairs with voice control. We will also integrate the blood pressure, temperature and ECG machine on the wheelchair. We will also put an alert system on the wheelchair so that if the patient wants to call someone for help, they can call by voice.

All of our data will be on cloud  doctors and specific persons will also have an access of data.The person who wants of check the medical condition like blood pressure so they can also check it by cloud data. 

Project Implementation Method

First of all we will make voice control wheel chair using Arudino and other features, then we will make ECG device, blood pressure and temperature device, message alert system and at last we will integrate these machines on wheel chair. Then we will make website and then we will purchase cloud for data storage and then we will connect all the data of wheel chair with website after that we will transfer specific data  on the cloud. After final testing of this project in University, it will help us to implement this project in the market for hospitals, old houses, disable persons and in different institutions. Then we will train the persons who are using this chair. After the implementation of this project in the market we will make changes in this technology with the changes of new technology in the market. Website admin will monitor this project and the trainees can also monitor this system.

9: Doctor can get the data of patient through market  intelligence from cloud
