Visitor pass management system makes it easier to meet teachers/staff in their office hours, and eliminate guessing if they’re available or not. Visitor Pass Management System is very convenient for anyone to use with its simple and clean UI. It also makes it very convenient for setting up meetings.
With Visitor Pass System both teachers and students can sign up to use our service. Students can request teachers to meet them in their office hours. And teachers can then accept or deny the meeting request.
Teachers are able to Signup and set up their office hours and their free hours with respect to their timetable. Students will be able to request meetings in these set hours.
Students can Signup/Login to send a meeting request to their teacher(s) who have signed up on the website. The teacher will then either accept or decline the request. If the request is accepted a badge is generated for the student in pdf form
