involving skilled customer service personnel. We will be implementing customer service Website Assistant for a technology company(website) that will be manufacturing and
selling various devices such smartphones, smart TV’s, smart watches etc. with an intelligent automation of customer service that will allow for accessible and efficient support while keeping costs at an acceptable level. Website Assistant represent a potential means for automating customer service as it will be aware of every product specification in detail, but a challenging task is accuracy of response that means to
translate, understand, and give a suitable and meaningful response to the customer as
required.
Create a personalized bot that would interact with the customers as nearly as a
substitute skilled personnel would chat.
? Responses would be brief and as accurate as possible to have minimum chance
of customer searching or querying about that information again.
? A certain intelligence range would be kept so that it would detect if the
question were beyond their scope such as a product that does not exist.
? A simple and interactive user interface of chatbot would be implemented in
that company’s website to enhance customers usability.
