The system under study will be an application by which the ambulance driver can contact the ER department of a hospital to ensure that the patient in transit gets the treatment as fast as possible. Moreover the application that the user will handle will provide a patient to automatically transmit the information based on his/her previous medical conditions or family history. There is an obscurity of this kind of app for users

Project Objectives

The objective of this research is to shorten the time from initial patient condition to the time the treatment starts at the hospital.

The application will provide an interface to the user that he/she will be able to provide all the details about medical conditions, past history, location etc

By collecting this information the hospital as well the driver will be well informed before even handling the patient itself

Project Implementation Method

Design phase We will be developing an application by which the ambulance driver can contact or
send the request to an Emergency Room (ER) department and the driver can easily locate Hospital
through Goggle API and driver can also see through his application interface all the nearest
available hospitals. The application will also suggest the shortest, traffic and alternative routes to
the destination hospital as well as the ER will also be notified with the ambulance location and get
ready to treat the patient on time by completing the requirement of a patient , he/she will be
needed in ER.

Benefits of the Project

This application is to integrate it with all the ambulance organizations as well the hospitals that deal with patients through a transportation services which will allow all the patients that are coming through to the hospital to have rapid access to treatment without the need to wait

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

User login & give details and location, the nearest ambulance can get the msg & allocate
location.

• Driver will request the Emergency Room of the hospital.

• Driver can search nearest Hospital which provide the facility of an Emergency Room.

• Driver will navigate the map.

• Driver can send the Information to PLO (if required) as well as video of the patient or
description of the patient to an Emergency department.

• Emergency Department will get the request of a driver.

• Emergency Room will going to be ready to treat the patient.

• The person who will be using the app there will get notify with the driver current location.

• ER will get all the necessary all the information of the patient condition by driver
