Project ObjectivesOur objectives include saving the time for each batch or single job so that we can make the system more efficient and more economical as it takes minimum of 3 4 hours for each and if we lessen the time it makes a good system and helps us in our goals.Moreover thickness achiveved will be much better than before
Project Implementation MethodWe design a control system according to layout of the factory as the layout is very complex many precautions have been taken and after it will be implemented it will change the course of the system making it much better. For the control system we will design a timer relay system that will automatically take the required time input from the user and achieve the required thickness

The manual plants systems be autoamted hence saving time for much more production.System becomes much more economical as an Engineer it is our duty to achieve new things and hence it will be a perfect system for the industries doing it manually. The automated system will save manual labour and provide much better results then it. Even an unskilled person can just learn it easily by setting the time and current variation for each job . It will save the industries alot of money being economical it will have a greater growth potential.Also Accurate thickness will be achieved saving the system from errors or leveling it by reduction etc. Also the chemical waste and other materials will be effeciently lowered also saving the workers from expousure to toxic gaes and operating system from a safe distance thus environmental safety is also analyzed due to this
Technical Details of Final DeliverableAccording to the data collected and experiments performed under the manual supervision we found that approximately 5 out of 10 jobs in a batch were either less accurate in thickness and had to be machined or coated again to achieve required thickness. But after automation and develpoing a proper system we have found the system accuracy to be very good and have seen about 9 out of 10 jobs to have accurate thickness. Given the fact that even if any issue occurs our timer relay system accurately sets the required condtions according to user inputs making it very efficient and noteworthy minimizing the risks and highly improving the working methods for industries
