The application “ University Student Finance Management System ” will be a complete interface that will show all the details of the students record it will show a complete interface which will show how many students are there enrolled in each semester , what courses they are seeking  (left , enrolled and pending) how many courses were cleared , if they won any scholarship how much money was sponsored to them. Any financial issue , fees details and transcript details. The “Students Finance Management System ” features that empowers them with the ability to manage and control their accounts more effectively. This feature allows the univeristy finance team to view the various transactions for a customizable period of time.During the time of grdaution it will help to keep the track of the studets finance and course reposrt who are willing for offical transcript.

In the Students Finance Record During Degree Distribution we are assuming the System to be user-friendly. We will be conducting a survey from the Graduated students of SMIU to learn what financial problems they have faced while graduation. We will also be conducting a meeting from our finance department about problems they face while handling students' finances. We are looking for the templates for the interactive and effective interface

  

Project Objectives

The objective of the project is to create a web application that will deal with the problems that are faced by the students of the university. It will be a web application that will deal with all of the above problems and will provide an interface which will deal with all the problems.  

 Financial Reports: This feature allows the school finance team to view the various transactions for a customizable period of time. The reports show all the existing categories of income and expenses with an ability to view and generate reports in complete detail such as discounts, fines, etc. 

Transaction Management: The system allows for common transactions that are done in the univeristy to be recorded by creating custom categories. Similarly, custom categories can be created forever new expenses and new incomes. The system also makes it easy to revert manage donations taxes and for easy asset and liability management.

Create Fees: Creating and calculating the fees for a university full of students can be a tedious affair. If done manually, the administration team has to take into account the class of the student, sibling discounts, additional discounts, transportation fees, and many other such elements. However, with the help of a university finance management software not only does this calculation become easier but the automated system helps eliminate human errors – thus making the process of creating and calculating fees easy and error-free.

Schedule Fees: The university finance management software also helps to schedule the fees and send out an automatic reminder to the students about payment for the same. The software helps to automate the fee invoicing process, scheduling it and generating fees due to reports as and when needed.

Check Fees Defaulter: This module of the university finance management software allows for the finance team to easily get a quick update on the students whose fees are pending. The system can also be set up to send reminders to parents about pending fees or even any other university -related payment. Fee defaulters' reports can be checked and the can be reminded about the pending fees via sms/email. 

Check Fees Structure And Fee Refunds: In a university system, it is very common for the university fees to vary from student to student depending on a number of variables such as class, sibling discount, facilities available such as a hostel, canteen, transport, etc. In this scenario, the university finance management app helps the team to check the fees structure accurately and issue out refunds when needed. 

Fees Report Such As Batch Wise And Students Wise: One of the biggest advantages of a university finance management system is that it takes the pressure of making and submitting reports. The administration team can use the university finance management software to create and edit reports related to fees. These reports can be easily customized as per the needs of each school.

Project Implementation Method

Database : For saving the record of students we will be using MySQL. The Record of the students of will be as follow: Name, ID,  Semester ,  Session , Courses, Credits Hrs,  Per Course Fee,  Total Fee, Late Fee , Any other Challan  , Scholarship Amount , Date of joining university, Date of each fees paid, Expected Date for Convocation. 

The database will then be hosted on the Xampp web server. The Frontend of the Website will be developed by using  HTML, CSS , Javascript . The UI//UX will be a user-friendly interface for both the management and the student.  

The Website will be backend on PHP. All the functionality will be accessed by using PHP, we will host our web application on Firebase using Visual Studio as the integrated Development Environment  

Benefits of the Project

The main benefit  of our project is to make a user-friendly system that is interactive and efficient for both the end- users.  We will be documenting all the resources and the Requirements of our project. 

We will be then moving to developing our frontend the UI and UX design we will be then  creating our data management system and will integrate the Database, Frontend and Backend together on the VS code and will then in the last will host our web application.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

the project will be a website based management system using HTML, JS, CSS, React as frontend and for server and backend we will be using PHP with database on mysql 

This system will be based on (RDBMS) technology, and this can be run on any network environment, in this system there are Admins login panel There are three type of Admin in this system Following

Admin1: Admin will have the access of student Finance and all the details related to student academics.

Admin2 : Admin will have the access to the transcript for the signature and for further approve.

Admin 3 : Admin will have the access to the transcript for the signature and for final approve.
