Transgenders have very rare acceptance in the society because of their appearance. There is no
platform that can provide support as well as jobs and trainings to them. In order to overcome this
societal gap we propose to build an application in which the transgender will be provided with a
platform where various training sessions and jobs will be offered to them specifically. After
completing the training session, they will get a certificate on the basis of which they have
achieved as their skills and can apply for different jobs offered on their respective mobile app.
For the purpose of job offerings and training sessions, multiple organizations and NGOs’ will be
contacted. If any transgender doesn’t want to attend the training session and already have a skill
set in a particular field, then he/she can directly apply for the job.
The main objective of this application is to reduce unemployment and poverty by providing
jobs to Transgenders. A collaborative process among Transgender community and Organizations
will be commenced. Furthermore, training sessions will be provided virtually if they feel any
hesitation in taking classes physically. For implementing the application, React Native(Cross
platform),VSCODE as the Development tool and MySQL for DB. The proposed application will
not only assist the stranded transgender however, it will also increase the GDP of the country.

Project Objectives

The objective of this application is to target the requirements of transgender to improve their
lifestyle and provide them a better platform. Using the proposed platform, they can get various
trainings and jobs which consequently opens a place for them where they can be treated as a
responsible and respectable citizen. as well as we focus to make a community to transgender so they face society challanges

Project Implementation Method

We propose to build an application in which the transgender will be provided with a platform
where various training sessions and jobs will be offered to them specifically. After completing
the training session, they will get a certificate on the basis of which they have achieved as their
skills and can apply for different jobs offered on their respective mobile app. For the purpose of
job offerings and training sessions, multiple organizations and NGOs’ will be contacted. If any
transgender doesn’t want to attend the training session and already have a skill set in a particular
field, then he/she can directly apply for the job. This will change the immoral mindset of people
about transgender and may consider them gradually as one of the normal human being.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

LB or (Location Based) augmented reality relies on a GPS.The location detection features in smartphones make it easy to findout nearest transgenders
VC or (virtual classroom) same as VU or DigiSkills provides.so  if they feel any hesitation in taking classes physically.
