Project Area of Specialization Shared EconomyProject SummaryThe purpose of the is summary is to define our FYP project mistakes which are being recovered now, first we show our project proposal with the name “Three- phase voltage stabilizer with human machine interface display” in this project the controller we were going to use was “PLC” so when we present this project on presentation day some faculty member advice us to use “Arduino” on the place of “PLC” which will be cost effective and more will be provide same output likewise “PLC”. And we replaced “Human Machine Interface” as “Monitoring System” which will provide exact and accurate results
Project Objectives- The main objective of the project will stabilize the three phase voltages.
- This project will help to maintain the voltage level according to load requirements.
- This will ensure stable supply by eliminating the issue of frequent breakdown
- This idea will automatically stabilize the voltage and maintain the Voltage levels at Output.
- It will stabilize voltage between the range of 140-240 voltages.
- It will balance the output voltages up to 220 volts.
- It will increase the productivity as machine will run continuously on constant supply.
- Balance voltages maintain supply current due to balance current heating effect will be low.
- This 3-Phase voltage stabilizer applicable up to the 3325 watts (3.5kva) Load.
- If applied load increases from 3325 Watts load it will shutdown output voltages.
- Ideally home appliances and industrial load will receive healthy electric supply (constant voltage , frequency, healthy current, Zero Noise).
- Practically there is unbalance between supply & demand of power due to long transmission/Distribution lines & poor infrastructure.
- Higher and lower voltages affect the life of the equipments and that leads to inefficiency of system.
- To solve this problem we have come up with the idea to make a 3 phase voltage stabilizer that will automatically stabilize the voltage at required level
- This type of source of power generation is better than fossil fuels.
- It can reduce the load from the power plant
It is easy to install and require one time investment.
