Design and Development of prototype that can measure thermal conductivity of most common solid insulator available in market.
Thermal conductivity techniques will be used for testing the conductivity of insulation materials (Heat flow meter will be preferred).
Thermal conductivity is the ability of material to conduct heat. Different materials have different thermal conductivity K value. Solids have high value of K then liquids and gases.
Number of insulation materials are used in daily routine which have varying thermal conduction.
The final product will be able to measure the thermal conductivity of insulation material most probably Polysterene for conformation and similarly other insultion materials conductivity will also be tested using same technique.
