Project Summary

After conducting thorough research on NGO-based systems, we have concluded that there is a vast scope in this domain that is yet to be explored. Every Non-Governmental Organization has tons of transactional data to store which requires proper monitoring.

Currently, there is no proper dedicated application for the Database management of NGOs in Pakistan. Mostly, NGOs are managing the database over excel which gets quite complex. After discussion, we analyzed that we can develop a dedicated database system for this purpose.

It is a web-based solution with two interfaces and with the ability to generate a variety of reports for different donor and beneficiary. The project includes, design, development, testing, deployment, data migration and maintenance of the new system.

Hence, this product will be a dedicated system for NGO's which keeps the records and track every financial transaction of beneficiary and donor in efficient manner.

• It will allow a simple interface to users

• It will provide insights or reports for transactional data of donors and beneficiary

• It will provide alerts for delay in transaction
