Our Project “The Moving Advertisement” deals with the advertisement of products/companies on moving vehicles. And allows the technology to go many places. This project has features that are not generally available in normal/physical advertisements, like tracking the number of advertisements of a product currently active.

Overall, this project is being developed to help and perform the task with an accuracy of the user as well as to facilitate the user while using the system and having a good experience with the particulate.

Project Objectives

1. To make the process of an advertisement on vehicles more feasible.
2. To eliminate current issues in manual advertisement on vehicles.
3. To digitalize the process of placing advertisements on vehicles.
4. To revolutionize the field of advertisement.

Project Implementation Method

There are three important stages in this proposed system, Mobile Application for Customer and Mobile Application for Driver with real-time location tracking and a web application containing information about packages and services. The outline of the proposed system is shown in Figure 1.1. Initially, we will collect all the requirements which are needed to develop this project. We will then start working on GUI for both Applications to make the applications user-friendly and we will also develop a website that will hold the information about the services and packages provided by the company. After the Design phase, we will start coding the backend of both applications to meet the requirement of the proposed project. Both applications will be tested after coding and after successful testing, we will launch the applications.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

• The Product owners (customers) upload their advertisements through our application so that these advertisements are placed on cars moving throughout the city.
• The customer first must sign up to connect with the application. Then they will have to select a package from available packages (i.e., Monthly, 3-months annual, etc.).
• Then the customer will upload the advertisement they wish to publish. The customer will then have to transfer the payment according to their selected package through various payment methods in order to get their Advertisement published on vehicles.
• The application also allows keeping a record of where his/her advertisements are on the go in the city by tracking their live location.
• On the other hand, the Driver application deals with the data of his distance covered throughout the month and then paid with respect to that distance.
• The rider first must Sign up by visiting our branch followed by a thorough background and documents check (CNIC, driving license, guarantor certificate).
• They will be provided with account details with which they can Sign-in in to the application.
• The rider will be provided with a tracker to put in his vehicle and an advertisement will be posted in the rear window or the whole vehicle (only if the product owner chose the selected mode). The rider will then be able to start/end their rides through the application.
• There will also be a Website that will hold information about services provided by the application and all the package details. There will also be a link to download the application.
• Both these parties (the product owner and driver) are then provided by our services. The data of both the product owner and the driver will be saved by us.
• The application will provide a new way to publish advertisements on moving vehicles. The traditional advertisements on billboards which are found throughout the city always stay in the same place whereas our idea is to publish these advertisements in a more mobile way.
• The applications will perform the following tasks:

• Customer (Product Owner) Application:

• Sign up/ Sign In
• Select Package for advertisement (Monthly, 3-months, etc.)
• Upload their content for advertisement
• Payment according to selected package (various payment methods: Easy Paisa, Bank transfer, etc.)
• See their respective advertisement travel history

• Rider/Driver Application:

• Sign up/ Sign In
• Ride start/end
• History option to see his previous rides distance covered (per month record)

• Web Application:

Provide information about services and packages
