Hybrid Energy System for lightning loads of ship
Project Area of Specialization Shared EconomyProject SummaryHybrid electric system of lightning loads for ships
Description: Our Final Year Project is proposed in order to overcome the power generation issues in ships. We implied an idea to use renewable resources (Wind, tidal and Solar) energies in order to generate power rather than traditionally using Diesel generator, steam generators and Crude oil. This idea will be helpful to reduce environmental pollution and minimize the cost of generators.
Project Objectives- We are making a hybrid electric power system for ship to resolve the efficiency problem of diesel or crude and steam generators. Which is being used in modern era. Which is quite expensive and at our seas area we have three renewable resources such as wind tidal and solar all sources are present at there which is gifted by nature we want to make a power generation plant in which we use solar, wind and tidal we will synchronize there plant and patch them up there energies to make power system more energetic, secure, powerful & free of cost
- This plant take one time cost which is nothing for them .
And that cost will recover very soon .
This plant takes yearly maintanes.
Project Implementation MethodIt is certified that the FYP titled “Hybrid power system for lightning loads of ship” has been approved and is being undertaken by the above mentioned students as their Final Year Project.
It is undertaken that the undersigned has understood and accepted the “terms & conditions” of the program, attached with this form and further reiterate that, if the subject FYP is approved, the reimbursement of Funds claimed through Expenditure Report shall be in accordance with the “terms & conditions” of the Program and the undersigned will be liable to return the unutilized amount and other cost not approved by the Ignite-National Technology Fund, if any.
It is further undertaken that Expenditure Report of approved FYPs shall be furnished along with the supporting documents as devised in attached Terms and Conditions of the Program and other required deliverables as and when required by Ignite.
Benefits of the Project- It is emission free therefore it remove global warming and pollution completely.
- Reduce the number of generators on ships.
- Absolutely remove commonly used fossil fuel generator on several number of places.
- User can rapidly troubleshoot any problem.
- Hybrid solar panel can generate energy from either photovoltaic rays or rain drops
- Moisturized night air.
- The main reason it will save massive amount of money.
- HMI will interface the user what’s progress anytime. .
- Less maintenance and ongoing operating cost unit it breakdown.
These plant can be installed
- All types of ships
- Ports
- Overseas hotels
- Industries
- Residential areas near to oceans.
- Octa-copter is better than quad & hexa so, that it is used for high ranges application.
- It is surveillance based so it gives the monitoring result of that area.
- It is load carrying and able to carry load up-to 3-4Kg so, we use it for delivery & first-aid.
It is stabilized so that its flight take-off and landing done easily.
