We will construct a web app that lists all the events and wedding services and offers all their information to the user. The system shall give suggestions to customers about current trends and decorating themes based on the previous customers' feedback. Clients may see the themes and décor without registering. Customers will be able to use live chat. To schedule the event, Invoice Generator will give a 30% deposit. Messages are sent in real time to confirm booking events.

Customers can choose or customize the theme of the event by selecting it from a gallery or visualizing it using 2D or 3D modeling. A customer will order from the website, and he will receive a real-time message on the registered number. The customer will login to track the event's progress from their dashboard. At the end of the event, customers will give feedback on the event and employees.

The system automatically assigns the task to the available employees on the basis of their previous record of proficiency. Employees can update their availability status and they will update the tasks as they are completed.

The manager can add or remove employees and services. The Event Manager can track the event preparation progress. A manager can handle customer queries from the chat section, and a manager can see reports of financial data.

Project Implementation Method

We are using an agile method. In the agile method, we have short sprints of development where we work on a small part of the system. We show to our coordinator the completed part at the end of each sprint and get feedback. Based on that feedback, we make changes to future sprints. This method is more flexible and allows us to make changes quickly based on Coordinator feedback.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The final deliverable of our online event decorator web application will be a web application. The web application will be created using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). The event decorator app will use MongoDB to store customer and business data. Express.js will be used to create the backend API that the frontend React.js application will use to communicate with the database. Node.js will be used to run the backend Express.js application. The event decorator app will have a React.js frontend that will communicate with the backend Express.js API to create, read, update, and delete customer and business data.

The frontend will also be responsible for displaying the data to the user. The user interface will be designed to be simple and user-friendly, with an easily navigable layout. The web will allow user to view theme with their feedback and trending themes by using
