Our application is an encryption application that is android based. It provides different encryption ways like location-based and time-based encryption. The algorithm that we are using is AES Algorithm that will be used for encryption and decryption.

Our application is an encryption application that is android based. It provides different encryption ways like location-based and time-based encryption. The algorithm that we are using is AES Algorithm that will be used for encryption and decryption.
Project Objectives
The primary purpose of this android application is to provide an extra layer of security. It is not the typical security application because you can choose between time and location-based encryption or both. When the selected time or location is detected you will be asked to enter the password to decrypt the files.
Project Implementation Method
Location-Based Encryption:
In location-based encryption map coordinates are used, the user selects the specific location and then chooses the files to be encrypted and then assigns the unique key or password. GPS is used and when the user reaches the specified location and then coordinates match with the selected coordinates the password prompt will appear and the user will enter the password and then the file will be decrypted.
Time-Based Encryption:
In time-based encryption, the user selects the time and then selects the files to be encrypted and then enters the password. At the specified time the user will be able to enter the password and access the encrypted files only.
Benefits of the Project
The main advantage of this project is that it provides an extra layer of security for files by giving the options of time and location-based encryption. Furthermore, it is a free application that anyone can use.

There will be 5 basic modules:
- User Registration/ Login
- FIles uploading for encryption
- Time-based encryption module
- Location-based encryption menu
- Downloading the decrypted files
