We have seen problems in our surroundings that local shopkeepers does not have such platfrom where they can manage their shop’s profits and loss, some of them use traditional ways by writing in notebook which can be hard to manage sometimes there are no such application or system which can help them manage digitally with satisfaction, we are offering ease for the shopkeepers and their customers. The purpose of this software requirement specifications is to provide a detailed description of functionality and non-functionalities of “Techno-shop”. We are introducing “Techno-shop” for local shopkeepers to maintain their daily, weekly, monthly profit and loss also with their shop’s personal profile and inventory where they can also keep their credit/debit data either of customers or retailers.We have seen problems in our surroundings that local shopkeepers does not have such platfrom where they can manage their shop’s profits and loss, some of them use traditional ways by writing in notebook which can be hard to manage sometimes there are no such application or system which can help them manage digitally with satisfaction, we are offering ease for the shopkeepers and their customers. Project Objectives

There are some applications which allow users to save and keep track of customer debts, but “Techno Shop” shall allow local shopkeepers to manage their inventory, view profit/loss as well as customer debts and notify them.

Project Implementation Method

Project shall be implemented via mobile application (Android) and is made on flutter(dart) which is comparitively new in this market. 

Benefits of the Project

This project shall be able to help low to medium level shopkeepers in many ways like keeping records, decrease of riots over credits, telling the shopkeeper his daily profits, weekly profits and monthly profits and will save a lot of valuable business time.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Registration: A Shopkeeper/Customer has options to either sign in with phone #/Email, for signup the registration details vary for type of user accordingly.

Profit/Loss: Related to Shopkeeper only, the Shopkeeper can view daily/weekly/monthly profit/loss if there’s any the daily profit/loss status shall be viewed on the homescreen of a Shopkeeper.

Inventory: A Shopkeeper shall manage his inventory, adding items with their type and price respectively, selling items shall require the Shopkeeper to enter items and their price on which the item is being sold so forth, the inventory shall be available to view and being modified in realtime.

Customer Debts: For both Shopkeeper/Customer the debts of customer is available and shall be manageable for the Shopkeeper only in runtime.

Notifications: Techno Shop shall notify users for their important activities such as if the Customer debts are to be paid or the Shopkeeper’s profit/loss issues or the Customer debts are to be paid for the Shopkeeper respectively.

Profile: Shopkeeper’s profil shall allow Customers to know the location and status of the shop if the shop is opened/closed at the moment as well as a customer can rate the shop for the quality of the services. For user the information is included as Phone #, Address, Availability status, Ratings.
