In the existing scenario, the messages and announcement medium used by teachers and students vary from Facebook groups, WhatsApp chats or emails which is hard for students to keep track of. No current OBE systems are available for teachers which forces them to work on manual excel sheets.

StudyHub introduces a new plugin that helps teachers convey announcements and messages from the website to students through SMS so students don’t miss important deadlines regarding quizzes, announcements etc. in emails, WhatsApp group messages and Facebook posts. It also includes an OBE based marking system that measures student performance based on course modules. 

Project Objectives

StudyHub aims to speed up the student and teacher collaboration in one place by eliminating the need of multiple educational platforms and help teachers in better evaluation of students through OBE based marking system.

A Moodle website with a plugin that offers SMS alert system for students and a comprehensive OBE marking scheme. • Reduce the needs of multiple platforms. • Efficient convey of announcements from teachers device to students device.  • Reducing the need of CR to convey messages to students. • Keep students updated about their semester progress. • Reduce teachers need of manually measuring students’ performance for OBE framework in excel sheets.
