Career Counselling is the biggest issue in our society. If it is not taken seriously enough, it may result in a lifetime of regret, irritation, and restlessness. But proper guidance by a professional educational advisor at this stage leads a student on the road to success. Our youth didn’t know what to do in life. They are confused in choosing the right field and in under the pressure of parents they choose what their parents say. Our project is to deal with this problem by using Machine Learning (Python) & Front-end development using JavaScript, and React. We gather requirements according to the interest of Students. On the basis of interest, we provide our best suggestion to our students to choose the right path and make their career and future bright.

Project Objectives

Our objective is to make our youth’s future success to make Pakistan Proud in every field.

A student’s career identity is probably shaped by adequate career exploration and consecutive commitment at school. Therefore, career counseling services at universities are significant in helping students find their career goals, which is the reason for many special job counseling centers having been established. The major challenge is to reveal important factors that affect students’ career planning. From the psychological point of view, collecting, screening, and
evaluating relevant personal information is a cognition-based approach to providing career counseling services. Specifically, students are supposed to develop abilities and skills in understanding themselves to be able to participate in occupational decision-making. However, due to the complexity of each person’s goals and ideas, it is difficult for students to clearly determine their graduation destinations. In contrast, from an empirical point of view, the students’ inner interests and future graduation destinations can be effectively ascertained by exploring the behavioral data of students at school, which makes students’ behavioral data essential
for their career planning.

Benefits of the Project

As students are going through their academics and pursuing their interested courses, it is very important for them to assess their capabilities and identify their interests so that they will get to know in which career area their interests and capabilities are going to put them. This will help them in improving their performance and motivating their interests so that they will be directed towards their targeted career and get settled in that.

4. 8 to 16 GB memory is required and the hardware for this system should be i7.
