Class 11 th  and 12 th Students at this phase struggle a lot and often feel pressurized
to make career choices based on others’ opinions. The best way to beat these
challenges and realize one’s maximum potential is by taking help from
professional career counselling services
The idea behind this project title is to develop a web application which provides
the social interaction between the students and the professionals
With the help of this system students will be able to choose the professions of
their own interest so that they can pursue their career with the field they are
interested in.

Project Objectives

The main objective of making this system is to provide guidance to the students
so they will make decision about their career.
System can be appropriate to almost anyone. You don’t have to be in school to
approach a career coach or counsellor(professionals). You can be a freshman, or
someone who wants to make changes in their chosen career. What is clear is
that the earlier you use the service of a career mentor, the easier it will be to
succeed in what you hope to achieve. You do not need to be a situation where

you have no idea what you want to do with your life to seek the help of a career
counsellor.
The system can also be useful for resolving conflicts, and turning around bad
situations such as your failure to get onto a course you apply for. Our system is
another ear. It is someone to listen to who is not related to you and is not your
family and will not try and force you to follow in their footsteps. There is
nothing worse than being a little unsure of your next educational move, only to
be pressured by parents to take a course you are not interested in. Just because
your parents were accountants or doctors or farmers, does not mean you cannot
be an actor or an artist. By choosing career counselling you will find out about
the real you, and you will make the right choice and take a career or studies that
you actually want to do.

Project Implementation Method

In these days, we see many of the peoples are not fit in their professions and
they are always complaining of having not a fit job for them, As a result they
started losing interest in particular jobs. The same thing happens to the students.
They don’t know about their talent and main interests. It is important for all
students to know about their fields and they should know in which filed they are
interested in to pursue their career.
The self-concept or career identity is the basis for career choices, but people
believe all kinds of things about themselves and the world that don’t have to be
true at all. Many clients have prejudices. They exclude all kinds of areas of
interest in advance. Without having any experience, they are convinced that
something is not for them. Thus, they will never gain any experience in those
areas. Large parts of the world remain closed to them. Especially with young
people, self-concept and career identity are strongly influenced by family and
friends. Their choices are not really their own choices, even when they think
they are. In many countries, schools try to teach career competencies to students
and try to develop their career identities. But these students are not yet ready for
that, because they do not yet have the necessary brain structures and
experiences. Career counsellors do not always succeed in adequately answering
their clients’ questions. The guidance offered is often not sufficient to
adequately solve clients’ problems. The career profession holds a crucial
position in helping solve the huge problems that the future world of work will
bring. But we are insufficiently equipped to cope with many current and future
career problems.

The main motive of making this system is to provide the students an online
platform to interact with the professionals. By using this system students will be
able to read as well as visual representation of their particular chosen fields not
only single but, he will be able to access multiple fields through single platform

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

With the help of this website students can choose the career after completed
12th and graduation. The main purpose behind this website to solve the problem
of student for confuse their career.
