Online shopping has drastically increased due to its convenient features and time-saving. In the earlier time, it was not so popular to buy all clothes from online marketing, but if you have a look at the rapid growth of online shopping that is emerging and gaining attention by everyone. But in the present scenario hardly anyone goes to local stores to purchase garments because of the recent lockdown situation due to the pandemic. Social awareness about the environment is also driving people not to drive to the physical shops and buy online with the increase in internet connection. Online stores are more beneficial for the safety of people.  It has become a trend now to choose online stores for shopping it has various features to serve you best. Online clothing stores are common nowadays, everyone knows that shopping online is quite easier and time-saving.

Using different available, also some well recognized,  shopping systems,  when people order some products,  especially clothes, they have to face several problems like some don't get the color or design of the dress they want, some don't like the displayed designs. There are several online marketing sites are available that offers regular services to their customers, there are few websites that delays their shipment and takes a long time for delivery. Some of the sites that offer you wholesale women's clothing at unbeatable prices. All these problems need to be solved in some way like if someone's dress size differs from the standard sizes, they should have the option to get customized stitching,  or if someone wants to customize the already stitched dress,  they should get an option to add that to order.  With all these features, we think of developing such a system that can allow customers to order dresses with ease in stitching and design customization.

The customer must register for any inquiry related to clothes. The unregistered person cannot access this application. The registered customer will be able to view details of clothes and they will buy his choice and need. He must pay the price of cloth. We will be providing a selection of clothes designs, colors, sizes with a detailed chart for the satisfaction of the customer, and providing all these things at reasonable prices.This project allows viewing various products available enables registered users to purchase desired products instantly using Jazz Cash payment processor (Instant Pay) and can also place an order by using the Cash on Delivery (Pay Later) option. This project provides easy access to Administrators and Managers to view orders placed using Pay Later and Instant Pay options

Project Objectives

Our system will make it easier for customers to get dresses of their own choice in terms of design, stuff, and stitching. This will reduce the hurdles usually people face while online shopping for dresses and the system will also reduce the time consumption for the customers that's comparatively high in others system i.e. customers get their dresses and then go for customization or change in size,  which takes more time to get the dress ready.

The project will overcome some problems in exiting systems like most of the systems are not having a payment method that is easily available to all customers (except in-app wallet). Our project will have integration of Jazz Cash payment method which is easily available to everyone. And instead of just buy clothes, the project will allow a customer to get the dress stitched as per their own choice and size.  This exciting module will engage customers expectedly.

Most of the time delivered products aren't the same as the ones we ordered, sometimes in terms of quality, sometimes in terms of stuff, and sometimes even, we get delivered different product (very rare but still happens). Most of the time we face problems in shipping sometimes packages are not good for the product. The product got broken due to mishandling in shipping. The product does not deliver on time.  Not provide the insurance of the product. In the system, people face security issues. Credit card fraud is the most common security threat that online retailers face. It occurs when a hacker gains unauthorized access to customers' personal and payment information. In existing systems, there are only standard sizes (like small, medium & large) are available to choose sizes from. Also, they do not offer customization of dresses like stitching and design.

The second goal is to take costs out of serving customers. Some components of the digital experience such as discovery, evaluation, and support can be more cost-effective and deliver better results than traditional delivery mechanisms.
The third goal is to create a differentiated customer experience to capture market share. In Shop aur stops, a differentiated customer experience typically revolves around three elements of how quickly and easily the customer can:
1.    Find the best solution for their needs
2.    Make a purchase, and
3.    Get information/answers to their questions

Project Implementation Method

The agile methodology is followed to implement this project because agile methodology are the best candidates for e-commerce systems that incorporate the innovative and dynamic nature of the web.  Our client is involved throughout the implementation process of the project. We have meetings on regular basis and gather the user stories. In this process we create use cases, domain model, architecture model etc. After preparing first draft of user stories, client reviewed and recorded his feedback. Before starting the actual implementation of website, we'll prepare the draft of the project as per client's provided requirements. After having all user stores, the project content i.e. functional and non functional requirements, features like Customization of dresses, Payment integration, Security etc, will be enlisted for the website development. The process of first iteration is start of project.

The tools & platforms to be used for the development of our Website are WordPress custom theme + WooCommerce. For WordPress theme development,  we'll first create a parent them. Then we will configure WooCommerce with product builder and product builder extensions for WooCommerce. After that,  the product data will be imported and categorize them according to their categories. The WooCommeerce template will be customized with parent theme accordingly. A customizable e-commerce section will be created with the rules of WooCommerce & setting them up with the default WooCommerce. This was all about setting up the whole layout of our website. After finishing that, the data will be sorted and products will be added to display on product builder.

The most important part of project implementation is setting up and connecting admin panel to manage all the e-services, products listing & orders listings. This section will also includes the integration of payment method into the system to enable customers to pay online for their shopping/orders. This is how the whole project's implementation will go. The developed project/system will be deployed on WordPress supportive hosting.

Stop aur Shop user interface has been specifically designed with their customers in mind, allows the customer to buy clothes and accessories without going to shop. The home screen offers a menu with a list of functions that the device performs. The user can select one of the options on the menu and is taken to the respective screen. Every screen displays the menu on the bottom. The user can click on any one of the options and is taken to the screen of their choice. Besides, clicking on the power button displays the home screen with the menu options.
To maintain an acceptable speed at the maximum number of uploads allowed from a particular customer as any number of users can access the system at any time. Also, the connections to the servers will be based on the attributes of the user like his location and the server will be working 24X7 times.

Online shopping is rising day by day in Pakistan. Because Pakistan is the country where computer/mobile users are increasing day by day so as the online shopping trends are also increasing. Another reason for online shopping is the increasing recent lockdown situation due to the pandemic. This project covers the online selling of all verity women & men clothing and kids wears all kind, baby care. Customers will be customized stitch your clothes according to size. The project shows the product category and then product details. From the product details, the product can be added to the cart and can be bought.
Previously, we had to wait for a long to get clothes stitched. But, this is an old tale now as online stores can make this tiresome task a breezy one. Just choose an online tailor like Epitome Stitches and place your order for the cloth stitching. You do not even need to go out of the house as all your requirements would be fulfilled online.
As fashion is an important aspect of life, it does not bother with the price tags. Sometimes, even after paying extra bucks the expectations left unfulfilled. Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The main objective of this project to build a website which is a technique of ordering clothes online applicable for any type of cloth-like men, women & kids verity. We will introduce many modules like the admin module and customer module. The customer must register for any inquiry related to clothes. Our system will make it easier for customers to get dresses of their own choice in terms of design, stuff, and stitching. This will reduce the hurdles usually people face while online shopping for dresses and the system will also reduce the time consumption for the customers that's comparatively high in others system i.e. customers get their dresses and then go for customization or change in size,  which takes more time to get the dress ready.

There are three types of users of this project as mentioned below.
Customers: All over the people use our website to take place order of desire dress.
Tailor: Tailor also connects our website to take the orders. It is directly connected to the customer through the website.
Admin: Admin an insert and update the customer and tailor. It also manages the orders.

Safety requirements include that the database must be secure and not accessible by any other user except the admin. The password of any user must consist of capital and small alphabets along with integers. The verification must be done by sending the email to its email id.
A security plan for Stop aur Shop ensures that the financial and personal information of our customers is secure. The features it needs for hosting the store, gathering customer information, processing the data, and managing the corresponding databases.
