Project Summary

The project brings the entire manual process of the sports department online which will develop using HTML, CSS, JQuery as a front end and PHP, MySQL Server as a backend. The main purpose of this project is to simplify and automate the process of handling each sports activity by providing a web interface for admin, coach, and other stockholders.

     The admin part consists of multiple modules to initiate the sports activities by adding the type of sport (indoor or outdoor), adding players who are interested in a particular sports activity, adding a coach who will conduct the particular sports activity which is allotted by the admin itself and lastly, viewing the results of sports activity held in institutes.

     The coach part has come up with handling all the sports-related activities assigned by the admin. Coach performs various tasks such as taking the of the players who are registered for a particular sports activity, viewing the list of players to mark the winner of each round, generating the results based on multiple rounds won by the player, and also can view the 1st, 2nd and 3rd standings of player’s name for the particular sports activity.

     Pool management will create a game prediction of teams about whose team is going to win the match or which become popular.

     The prize distribution ceremony will be held in the last. The coach will give prizes to the winning team and also the players.

     The photo and video gallery will create for the player, coach, staff, and also other stockholders on the social media page. It will help all to become updated about all the activities.

Project Objectives

The main objective of this project is to develop a website. In light of the above proposes the design and implementation of the sports management system.

    The main design criteria of the system about its reliability and user-friendliness. In addition, the real-time data captured by the system can be automatically archived in an appropriate format to facilitate future analysis. Our modern age of technology greatly depends on the internet. Everything is converted to computer-based for easier and faster communication. For security opposing anti-virus is suggested.

Project Implementation Method

The implementation phase involves putting the project plan into action. Here the sports management system will coordinate and direct the resources to meet the objectives of the project plan. As the project unfolds, users can direct and manage each activity, by following every step.
