Project Summary

This project is about Smart Solar Light for CPEC route , dim light turned on at night, street light will turn on full while vehicle is passing through it. Here we are using IR sensors that sense the position of the vehicle; each IR sensor controls 3 LED's. When vehicle passes by a particular IR sensor it senses the position of vehicle and gives its signal to the arduino board and it will turn on the LED's, in addition to this an emergency push button is given at each pole, when we push emergency switch it will give signal to highway police with pole number.and they can easily find the location through pole number and provide help immediately. We will receive message when any light found faulty. For coordination and servillance cctv camera intall on toll which capture the image of vechiles.the camera capture images with help of object dect senseraand there is dust sensor used for cleaness of solar plates.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The proposed solar based smaert light system is a cost effective and the safest way to reduce power  consumption, save human life, easy monitoring use of national resources for lighting . It helps us  to get rid of today's world problems of manual switching and most importantly, primary cost and  maintenance can be decreased easily. The LED consumes less energy with cool-white light  emission and has a better life than high energy consuming lamps. Moving to the new & renewable  energy sources, this system can be upgraded by replacing conventional LED modules with the  solar-based LED modules. The traditional lighting system has been limited to two options ON and  OFF only, and it is not efficient because this kind of operations meant power loss due to  continuing working on maximum voltage. And no need to daily inspection of street lights when a  light found faulty automatic signal will received with exact location.
