In modern era there is a tough competition everywhere in the world and everything getting advance day by day. Nowadays people want to reduce their effort and to do everything in   easy way. Everything is getting computerized because manual process is difficult to maintain. In the present project manual process is convert into computerized system and develop a system for it. Staff of Society Reformer Organization (SRO) is using paper pen format to keep its everyday records. The owner and operational manager of SRO wish to use computer based system to keep permanent and secure of all its transactions and everyday operation to get its business goal.

Name of the system is SRO Information Management System as the name implies that this system keep record of the organization. It is very difficult to keep all records of the organization safe in paper files. In this work a system is developed for it to keep all the data safe. Sometimes manager lost the registers and due to which they loss very important data and that creates a big problem. There is very difficult in the manual process to find a specific record in the registers because there is no shortcut to find a specific record in registers.

In SRO there is a bundle of registers having records of projects, employees, accounts and records. Using this system they are easily find specific record in saved data. When SRO owner purchase a project so all the data is saved in the system. The problem with paper based work is that, they are all the time misplaced. When several projects organizations need to see their records, records being in paper format cause problems. These problems need a computer based technology. Saving records in paper files is too risky because after sometime the hand writing is not seen clearly and that’s makes confusion and creates a big problem.

Computerized system is better solution to arrange everything safe in system. All the records are safe in the system forever and there is no fear of loss. Operational manager is see the whole records any time. System user is easily find a specific record in the system by one click. Search option is available in the system, user is enter the ID in the search textbox and click the search button and the record has displayed.  Unauthorized person cannot login to the system, only users are able to use the system. SRO wants to give facility to their employees and projects owners and wants to do everything in easy way and save the precious time of the organization.

Project Objectives

The paper based work is very difficult to maintain. Paper based work is too difficult and time consuming while computerized system is very easy and accurate in modern world. Software developers are thus forced to choose the right development approach while designing and implementing the software. In converting the manual process of Society Reformers Organization into computerized system, the current process of Society Reformers Organization is paper based and paper based process is time consuming because when we want to find a specific record in the paper files, it takes a lot of time to find that specific record. Society Reformers Organization Information Management System is keep all records of project, employees and transection. Society Reformers Organization Information Management System is keep record of all personal information. The product is used by Society Reformers Organization and hence has features specific to the information management system. However, the product is easily extendible and modifiable in order to suit other properties.

Project Implementation Method

Implementation is the process to deploy newly design system design into an operational one means to install the new system on computer in the real environment. Implementation is the carrying out, execution, or practice of a plan, a method, or any design, idea, model, specification, standard or policy for doing something. As such, implementation is the action that must follow any preliminary thinking for something to happen. From the implementation phase in eventually have working hardware and software to support the new system. Implementation is the process of writing source code for the proposed system. The main objective of the implementation is to transfer the design into program and code module. The proposed Al Sahara Property Management System is successfully developed, and implemented. The system is designed according to the requirements of the user. The system provides a better solution for the problems found earlier. 

Testing is the process of execute the program or module form which is developed and check that either it works correctly according to the user requirement and needs or not. Test the program to find errors if the system has. When developers develop a module or program it is test at that time to find out the errors which the developer does not intend to be in the software. Testing is the main purpose of the newly developed software that it works smoothly. It is important to test the newly developed software thoroughly before it is implemented to prove that it will perform the task for which it has been designed to achieve. There is different kind of testing which is to be applied on the software, to check the software.

Benefits of the Project

Started the project with the objectives mentioned in the project statement and achieved all of them, to implemented the project successfully. The project has been tested several times by the developer and by other professionals. The result obtain is acceptable. Although there are some problems that need to be solved, it is a significant attempt which laid a corner stone for future exploration in this domain.

To complete the software now one can sure that he can develop much lengthy project alone without anybody help. The problems which faced to me during the development of the project, my concern was waited for the problem and always tried my best to do it myself because one know that if he solved that problem without any help than In shah Allah he will be able to do lengthy projects myself. It is my first project and I have gotten a lot of things that how to collect requirements, how to conduct interviews, how to analysis on the requirements and how to develop the software.

Now the project is completed according to the user’s requirements. It should include credit card transaction system. It should also include eye deduction login system in the system which purpose is that if the user needs to login into the system deduct his user eyes. In future website will be develop for online booking and payment.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

It is important to test the newly developed software thoroughly before it is implemented to prove that it will perform the task for which it has been designed to achieve. There is different kind of testing which is to be applied on the software, to check the software.

Software testing is an approach, in which we check whether the project is according to the plan or not. Testing is done after implementation and finds errors.  Testing is usually done by other people rather than developers often users of your product. There are two types of testing white box testing and black box testing.

Black box testing tests focus on the inputs and its related outputs without knowing the code or underlying architecture. In black box testing every component are checked. Black box testing is achieved by testing the following three components. 

• Unit Testing
• Integration Testing
• System Testing

Firstly, the project is divided into different modules, and tested each unit separately that they are working properly or not? I checked data insertion, selection, searching and updating for each module that they are working properly or not. The tester check showing of data on grid that is correct or not for each form. So finally, each module of this software is working properly.

After the unit testing, it is combined all modules and tested them at the same time. The tester combined all the modules and it is tested that forms combined. It is combined all module form that is there a foreign key constrain problem or not, but there was no problem, and same for other forms of our application. Every module is checked separately, and relation of modules with each other. And at the end it is tested that is there a modules conflict exists or not? But no conflict exists.

System Test is correct and error free and working according to this requirement. Secondly, the database queries is checked, so this database and all relation and queries are correct, and at the end of system testing it is check this report. Al Sahara Property Management System is prepared the reports accordingly to user needs. The type of testing is based on information of the interior logic of a system. During implementation, the tester have tested every single time the new additions that he is making to achieve different features.
