Project Area of Specialization Computer ScienceProject SummaryThis Mobile Application/Web Application will predict the score of Football Matches (live matches as well as upcoming Matches) from previous data & records of the respected teams, and the user can see the previous match results of their teams, plus there will be an online shopping store (Merchandise) where user can easily buy their favorite football player jersey & other football equipment’s. In our application, users must create an account. After sign in his/her, data and all details will be saved in the admin database. Then it will display the homepage of Soccerflix which allows the user to watch predictions, a calendar of previous matches, and previous matches record. The user can also see their favorite team player jersey, for this, another page will display items then the user can select their favorite team kit/jersey and can also purchase football products, after that the selected items will add to card and finally confirmation message of delivery with time/date will generate.
Project Objectives- To create a platform for both e-commerce store & match predictions.
This application will display a match score for the user (live and previous both). And the user can also check through the merchandise of their favorite teams and player. It will help the user to buy football equipment and watch match score on a single platform.

It will be a user-friendly platform as everything will be displayed in singular tabs as each of the users has its unique way to interact with the website.

We aim to provide our application users all kinds of facilities and to give our regular application user discounts on merchandise purchases.

We will provide fast service for our customers, as business relationships should be strong between both seller and buyer.
Project Implementation Method- We are going to use a logistic regression algorithm to predict the match because it will provide more accuracy than the other algorithms.
- KNN, Random Forest, and many other algorithms are available but their accuracy rate as compared to logistic regression is low.
- KNN is a non-parametric model, where Logistic Regression is a parametric model. KNN is comparatively slower than Logistic Regression. KNN supports non-linear solutions where LR supports only linear solutions. LR can derive a confidence level (about its prediction), whereas KNN can only output the labels. And In general, logisticregression performs better when the number of noise variables is less than or equal to the number of explanatory variables and the randomforest has a higher true and false positive rate as the number of explanatory variables increases ina dataset

As we already discussed that our application will do predictions & sell only soccer products so it is useful for football freaks as well as those who just started watching soccer for entertainment.
Furthermore, our kits are designed for each size (kids, teenagers, adults).
Those who missed live matches can check the scorecard for previous matches' results.
A Match calendar is also there to guide about upcoming matches.
So the final deliverables of our project are in form of a website and mobile application both as we discuss it in our objective that in this thing our main focus to make such a kind or specific website & mob application which is only for football freaks that's our main focus to give the specific platform only for the football lovers.
