The sole purpose is to design a project as a tribute to the SMI University which will automate the existing transport service of the SMI University and will create the ease the whole procedure. This project will be designed by using the modern development tools just to make it more feasible and secure.

Project Objectives

By building this project I want to achieve following goals:

1. Create a web application base admin and passenger portal which will provide login credentials to both admin and passenger portal having different access.
2. Passengers can purchase services for the whole semester by paying at the start of the semester.
3. Notification bar will be added through which admin can convey notification to the passengers.
4. Routes and stops of the buses will be defined by admin which will be shown on passenger portal through which they can select their respective bus.
5. “Transport credit” will be introduced to facilitate passengers. Passenger will pay at the admin department for the desired amount of credit and the admin representative will add “transport credit” to the passenger’s account by using admin panel, by which he can subscribe transport service.

Project Implementation Method

Project is divided into two phases, in the first phase, structure of the project will be designed and all the related data will be collected. And in the second phase, the project will be more focused toward the feasibility regarding its platform. Project is keen to design in the manner that it should be user friendly, platform friendly and feasible. So, all the necessary steps will be taken to fulfill the goal of the project.
