In recent times, parents, guardians and caregivers are more concerned towards their children, relatives and especially for their daughters during their traveling to schools, colleges, Universities, offices, etc. This project has two significant deliverables. (i) Website (static – Introduction to the Project and services to provide), ii) Mobile Application (‘SmartGo’ - intended to give remedy for above said and similar concerns). The key modules of ‘SmartGo’ are; Vehicle’s tracking, passengers’ tracking, driversconductors registering and record maintain, Vansuses hiring and authentication, accounts’ maintenance. Above all is the admin module. The passengers’ tracking module is majorly hardware based, while all other modules are software based. Providing a secure, and safe transport service is the core goal of this project. Initially, this project is designed and launched for educational institutes and later could be implemented for other private transport service users.
The transport company with its hired and registered resources will contact the educational institutes to give safe and secure pick and drop facility to their students. Guardians can directly contact the application to track the location and to know the arrival status of the vehicle but also track the location of their children through our smart wearable device (will only work with the registered vital sign of users’ body).
We are going to make this app to start a company that will give safety to the children with a pleasant environment because we know the life of a child is of dire importance.

As we search different types of application but none of them are provide facilities like with full flag security, Air conditioned cabs, Real time GPS location tracker, police verified drivers. There is no such application is available throughout the globe. As we completed its feasibility study so it seems that this project is very feasible for the current scenario.
Firstly, all system requirements collected comprehensively. Then according to these requirements design of system develop that is understandable for user. After design completion, system develop according to this design. This developed system is tested manually by user and itself developer. After testing system deployed. At last, system maintain properly. Iterative process is included in every step. We can move previous step continuously if anything is missing and then move forward in same sequence as moved backward.

The major modules of mobile application deliverable of our project “Smart Go” are:
Vehicle Tracking: Location of the vehicle is tracked by the STI GL300 Real-Time GPS Tracker. It monitors the location with pinpoint accuracy and goes anywhere discreetly while giving you real-time updates. After tracking of the vehicle, the location is stored in the firebase real-time database. When the location’s longitude and latitude are changed it continuously updated in the firebase so that the admin can access the live location of the vehicle. In his regard, Google Maps API can be used for the vehicle to track by using GPS. Admin can directly chat with the drivers by just clicking on the specified marker on the Google map.
Drivers/Conductors Registration: Driver/conductors and other staff are registered in the admin panel. Information like name, age, qualification, phone no, CNIC, domicile city, address of the drivers/conductors and other staff are stored in the Firebase real-time database. Admin can view, update and delete this information, while the driver can only signup after being registered. Android studio is used as a frontend tool, and Java is used for backend functionalities.
Van/Buses Hiring: Van/Buses are hired by the company (admin). Information like the manufacturer’s name, vehicle’s model no, engine no. Registration city, registration no, owner name, owner phone are stored in the Firebase real-time database, and this information is only accessible by the admin. Admin can update/remove these resources or related information. Android studio is used as a frontend tool, and Java is used for backend functionalities.
Authentication: Every stakeholder must be authenticated before entering the system. Admin can be a major stakeholder so for the admin security measures are high. Admin is to be authenticated by the static phone number and email while the drivers/conductors and other staff are authenticated only through the phone numbers. The authentication module is done by using the built-in functionality of Firebase Authentication. The application is secured and synchronized with the firebase cloud.
Finance Management: Admin can view all financial reports of the company. By using different types of algorithms, it can manipulate the company all over financial stats. Monthly financially map tells the revenue of the company through that month. Different types of finance algorithms are used so that the admin can view the financial position of the company. All the related data are stored at firebase cloud storage. Android studio is used as a frontend tool, and Java is used for backend functionalities.
