Your customer experience of buying is also an important aspect of your company that's why a WMS is always necessary to ensure you have all the goods stocked. If you are either a manufacturer, distributor or a whole seller and your warehouse issues are catered efficiently than your company can surely meet all the productivity goals you have ever imagined.The main intended audience for this document is those who are responsible for managing some form of physical inventory and who are considering to upgrade their existing systems. It addresses issues of those professionals who are looking for ways to become more effective and efficient by improving their inventory management methodologies or Warehouse managers and warehouse employees. This document should be readable by business owners of the proposed system. They must be able to verify that their business requirements have been documented here completely, accurately and unambiguously.
Design and Implementation Constraints
In our project, we have been through many challenges (simple and complex) while implementation. Main issues and challenges are mentioned below;

This business intelligent software is intended for warehouse holders or distributors who wants to manage their warehouse workflow. This system proposes improved future decisions for businesses through reducing the human error that can cause hazards, maximize efficiency and productivity, and have a positive impact on the business overall.

For this intended web application, we will use the Iterative software engineering model approach. As far as the techniques and logics are concerned,
With this approach we can repeatedly change the requirements and the designs, as we tend to change our techniques or replace them with the more effective one or if we found some unwanted designs or codes in our software. Following are the phases, to which we have divided our project’s work after the documentation has been made.
Phase 1: In the first phase, we will make the database designs and architectural designs for this software project. Basically, this first phase will be of the designing phase. The database designs are usually the very important part of the project because it is the basic design, to which the data is to be added and the user interface is to be integrated with.
Phase 2: Second phase of this project contains the database development and the testing of that implemented databases. These will assure us the basic and important working of the project. This phase is basically known to be the development phase of the project.
Phase 3: Third phase of this project contains the User Interface development. Where the Graphical User Interface is to be made, to which the database is to be integrated and all the business logics are implemented.
Phase 4: Final phase of this project will contain all the testing of the project when the User Interface is implemented and integrated. This is basically known to be the testing phase where the project is tested as a whole.
Benefits of the ProjectThis desktop application is useful for all those distributors or warehouse owners who want to manage their ware house efficiently and this application will cater all those traceability issues which can come across while managing inventory. It is also useful for those warehouses that have issues regarding expiry of products such as pharmacy. Another benefit is labor management system in which it records attendance; it also gives report in the end of the month in which this application generates the analysis of all the products incoming and outgoing.

System users often judge a system by its interface rather than its functionality. A poorly designed interface can cause a user to make catastrophic errors. Poor user interface design is the reason why so many software systems are never used. For this intended software, one basic and very important feature for this software is the Friendly User Interface, which makes it easier to work on the system for every user, where a user doesn’t need to get trained to use this software product.
- Logical Characteristics between User Interface and the End-Users:
The software contains the logical characteristics of the user interface for Admin Panel, Dash board panel, employee management panel, generating reports panel, categories panel, brands panel and sales performance summary. These are the functionalities containing the logical characteristics between the users and the end-users of this software.
As far as the hardware interfaces are concerned, there are no as such required additional hardware interfaces to use the system. Although the bio metric sensor for attendance and printer can be used at the time when the end-users would like to print-out the generated reports. Apart from that, the basic hardware interfaces are to be handled by the operating system itself.
For the software interface of this product, the Framework used is the Java eclipse Platform. All the features are created in this software, e.g. User Interfaces containing the Admin Panel, Dash board panel, employee management panel, generating reports panel, categories panel, brands panel and sales performance summary. Another Software is used that is My SQL, which is a DBMS developed by Microsoft. As a database server, it has the primary function of storing and retrieving data as requested by other software application which may run either on the same computer or on another computer across a network, which manages all the database of our system. Every data is stored on this software. Lastly, a very important software is used, which is the Adobe Photoshop CC. This software is used for the attractive and interactive Logo and Designs for the User Interfaces.
