The temperature inside the vehicle rapidly rises when it is parked in the daytime. The rise in temperature creates an unhealthy environment for the passengers.to overcome this problem, the air ventilation system is proposed for the maintenance of temperature inside the vehicle. as we know, Ventilation is the process by which clean air normally outdoor air is intentionally provided to a space, and stale air is removed. This may be accomplished by either natural or mechanical means. The vehicle ventilation system is used to keep the passenger compartment at a comfortable temperature. For health and comfort, some fresh air must pass through the passenger compartment. This replaces the stale and sometimes smoke-filled air inside the vehicle. The process is called ventilation. There are two methods which are uncontrolled ventilation and controlled ventilation. Uncontrolled ventilation occurs when windows are open. Controlled ventilation is either ram-air or power. In the ram air system, opening vents or ducts admits air to the vehicle cabin. Forward movements then force or ram air into the vehicle. However when the vehicles stopped or move slowly, just a little fresh enters. This is one reason most vehicles have a power ventilating system that actually used a fan or blower and the fan is located in the dashboard. A blower assembly is attached to the motor shaft and the entire unit is placed inside the blower housing, as the squirrel cage blowers rotate, it produces a strong suction in the intake. Pressure is also created on the output. When the fan motor is energized by using the temperature control on the dashboard, the air is moved through the passenger compartment

Project Objectives
  1. To monitor the temperature and moisture inside the vehicle
  2. To maintain the vehicle temperature in case the vehicle is standing under the sun.
  3. To save the interior material of the vehicle.
  4. To remove humidity inside the vehicle.
  5. Climate control system (SGD)
Project Implementation Method

The project implementation method is very simple like we are working on vehicle ventilation in this same way we can implement at the industry level, industries also need this for their store's room or luggage areas, we can implement this project easily and we all know that there is no ventilation system in entire auto-industry zone.

Benefits of the Project

This project is very useful if we introduce this take a simple example, Toyota V8 costs 74.88 million PKR but there is no ventilation system, every car cost minimum cost 1-2million but no ventilation system, because of hot weather this system is needed. If we install this system in vehicles this will be a successful project.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable
  1. We will install a solar plate that will attach to the back windscreen.
  2. The solar plate will receive sunlight
  3. The battery and the charge controller will be placed in the car boot
  4. The hot side of the thermoelectric cooling module is placed on the inner base of the side pillar (upper to the seat belt)
  5.  The cold side of the thermoelectric cooling module is placed on the outer base of the side pillar.
  6. The fan installed in the ventilation area will circulate the air inside the vehicle cabin and push away the heat trapped inside the vehicle cabin to the outside.
