Our project is about detecting stress in real life from the wrist watch with good accuracy and low price. The stress is recognized by smart wrist devices and shows the user stress level in the mobile application and also provides suggestions according to stress conditions. It sends notification messages to close relatives to help them and their psychologist get stress states in real time which is more effective to treat the user. The signals detected by wrist through the sensors of heart rate, pulse rate and skin temperature are sent to the cloud where we set up train datasets where these three signals match and give results then these results showed to the user and according to results generates suggestions in the application and sends notifications.
first we develop a hardware deivce for taking the signals from the user with the help of sensor The second step is to train the algorithm .using datasets with the help of machine learning .The third step is the usage of application in real time to get results to evaluate the system. In this step, the results generated in the second step will be compared and measured against the usability for the system while practicing the efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction parameters.
