We are developing the project using agile methodology as we are creating our project in small increments first of all we performed Rnd for our project then we developed designs for the system using Figma (a tool for creating a design) then we started the project. Our team consisted of 3 members the first member was responsible for front-end developments. The 2nd member was responsible for integrating the front-end with the backend (Python /Django) 3rd member was responsible for training the model and sales analysis on the data. In this way, we developed our project as far as the documentation is concerned all the members participated in this activity.
Benefits of the ProjectThe project's main benefit is to help the owner of the store generate sales. They can manage their employee and store on a single platform. The owner can visualize their store growth on the dashboard. They can create the report just by selecting some option.
