updated on coming occasions, opportunities of all categories, and peer activities and achievements in universities. In the Notice board the problem is that when notices are being placed on the board, some of the old notices need to be removed and if not, with time, the notice boards will get filled up with the applicable and irrelevant notice messages. We are going to make a project that will be a smart notice board. All the notice boards will be displayed from the centralized location. For which we will have software through which all the notices will be displayed on the board. Through this project, we can practice all the old notices through a hierarchy.

We are going to make a project in which the notice board will be displayed on all the notices on various boards from a centralized location. And this is our project IT- based in which audio will be connected to LED. And on the LED we will design such an interface in which all the old and new notes will be displayed this.

? To provide interface that displays multiple notes on a device:

We create a project which provides an interface on which multiple notices will be displayed on this single device and we can read them comfortably and there will be no miss print of any farmer nor will there be any lack in quality. In this, we can read the new and old notices.

? To provide easy interfaces for uploading documents:

It is not only easy to read notices but also very easy to upload. The software will provide us with an interface through which users can upload notices easily.

? To use data base and store information in it o recall it later:

In this project, we will use the database to store information. Whom we can access the data of whom we call later. In this, we can often store previous data and access it through a hierarchy.

Project Implementation Method

Notice board are particularly common in universities schools and colleges. They are used by many sports and after-school activities, and from convenience stores to trusted announcements. A traditional notice board that mixes a pin board and writing floor is referred to as a mixture traditional notice board. For notice boards, usually, pins and tacks are used. Traditional notice board also can be total with inside the virtual area and positioned on pc networks so human beings can depart and erase messages for different human beings to study and see, as in a traditional notice board. Traditional notice board are especially common at universities. They are utilized by many sports activities corporations and extracurricular corporations and something from neighborhood stores to reliable notices. A Traditional notice board can have diagrams, figures, along with the written message, which can be attractive and convey the message more attractively.we will describe the working of our project .of how it is connected. We will talk about the LED display in a lot of notice board. There will be a display in the form of a screen which will divide into the portion on the screen. The LEDs are connected to the CPU via HDMI CPU Central Processor Unit off the computer.CPU Handle and Receive All Instructions from Hardware and Software Running on the Computer. We will connect the CPU through an app and all the notice board notifications are displayed in that app. You will provide us an interface on which we will display all the notices. And from there all the notices will be displayed on the LED through this CPU.And the CPU is also connected with the database. Database is an organized collection of structured information, or data, typically stored electronically in a computer system. A database is usually controlled by a DBMS Together, the data and the DBMS, along with the applications that are associated with them, are referred to as a database system, often shortened to just database. All our new and old notes are in the database. All new and old information is present in the database.

? It is the most secure, reliable and confidential as the administrator is provided with username and password.

? It includes high data transmission rate, better message quality, less waiting time etc.

? This system provides first step to achieve paperless community. Due to the reduced usage of paper in a community which make the community environment friendly.
