Smart Liquid Measurement Device
The IOT based "The Smart Liquid Measuring Device" based on microcontroller provides an indication of the amount of liquid dispensed through a liquid dispenser. The design uses several hardware components such as using flow rate sensor, microcontroller (Arduino) along with communication support provided by Bluetooth module and GSM module. The system will help us in avoiding fuel corruption at fuel pumps by estimating the correct amount of the fluid that has been dispensed. The system includes a sensor which monitors the flow of the fuel and displays the real-time accurate result at the wireless screen and the vehicle registered owner receives the accurate real-time information as a text message from GSM module corresponding to it. The system allows users to access the most accurate displays which shall in turn reduce corruption at fuel filling stations.
The device will first be provided the power supply of 5V to start working. As soon as the device turns on the LCD is prepared for displaying the readings. When the liquid starts flowing through the sensor, it starts working. Once the required amount of liquid has flowed through the sensor, the device takes a gap of 10 seconds and sends a text message to the registered owner, indicating the amount of the fluid passed through the sensor. Simultaneously, the Bluetooth module sends the sensor data to screen for display.

The Smart Liquid Measuring Device based on microcontroller will be design for monitoring liquid flow using flow rate sensor along with communication support provided by Bluetooth module and GSM module. The proposed system will provide real-time data acquisition, extremely accurate automatic operation measurement and eliminates the manual measurement mistakes. It takes advantages because the system offers a simple, easy for user and accurate measurement.
