Standard cities can be turned into smart cities with the use of information and communication technology (ICT). The Internet of Things (IOT) model will play an important role in the realisation of smart cities.
Project ObjectivesThe Objective of the project is to make IOT based intelligent trafic management system.
Project Implementation MethodThis project suggests IOT-based traffic management systems for smart cities and communicates with emergency drivers to find signal status and select the direction where traffic flow can be dynamically managed and traffic breaches detected by on-site traffic officers via remotely monitored or controlled via the Internet. However, the suggested scheme is general and can be found in any metropolitan city without lack of generality. When an ambulance arrives on a signal, it will reveal the green direction for the ambulance, and the remainder of the paths will be red.
