Project ObjectivesThe objective of project is to produce predictive analysis on the the critical components taken from farm includes (Nitrogen Phosphorus Potassium Water Level and Temperature). These are the critical parameters for any crop and can be directly or indirectly cause damge to the crop. The data can be taken from any farm in Pakistan and can be categorized according to the crop
Project Implementation MethodFor the development of a prototype we use a web-based Application that build on python-flask. Where you can upload a critical reading taken from farm and the system will produce predictive analysis and provide the given output in the form of soil type and pest category.
Benefits of the ProjectAgriculture sector is a major part of Pakistan economy and contributing 23.53% in GDP. Our system
can help to increases GPD. The total area of Pakistan is 79.6 million hectares out of which only 23.7
million (28%) area is used for agriculture. Our system can help to utilize more land. On the global
scale over 40% crop cause damages by pest. Our system can help to overcome diseases (if any) of crops.
The deliverables will consist of a Sensor based system comprising NPK sensor and a camera by which one can take critical components data and a web application where one also upload the readings and produce the predictive analysis.
