Our project name is “Smart event Organizer” It is a mobile application. In this updated technology world, the people are advance because all the peoples have their own smart device you can buy, book, or place an order of your desire things and they will be arriving at your door step within a minute with a touch of your finger tip e.g., cab booking, food order, product delivery, etc. So, as we seeing that our life is vastly effect by digital world as thinking under the hood of digitalization, we will be making a Smart event organizing application that will provide the service to event organizer, and also for the people to buy digital tickets. So, through digital transaction of money, we use online charge system via secure carrier while buying digital tickets or paying registration costs for the event. We also insert the option of bar code Scanning system for recognizing particular person through bar code in our app which the customers should scan their event ticket for verification and also give feedbacks regarding to their festivals or booking query’s etc. So similarly, through our app the person has not to go far from their comfort zone standing in the queues from one destination to another to buy tickets or If a person is signup as event organizer it is beneficial because they can work and earn through this application, they don’t have to work for any event agencies,
they don’t need to plan big events they can also plan and organize an small event with limited slots, all of this can be manageable by our app so while in one touch the attendees can book their digital tickets through online payment system. Customers feel more convenient by using our app also our services going to open 24/7 a day, to the entire world. Besides that, the online system also can help us to manage the information or record inside the databases more effectively and efficiently. Only the customer to complete the transaction, they must have internet access and valid method of payment.

Project Objectives

Our project goal is very precious for Event organizer. This software is very easy to use, Customers should not go anywhere for booking. All the booking technique is carried out via the on-line mechanism. Only clients install the app then register itself. We will use ReactJS framework, JavaScript for building the front-end while for back-end we use NodeJS and ExpressJS.In this updated technology environment, people are progressing and all individuals have their own Smart device where you can buy, book or place an order for the things you want and within a With a touch of your finger tip, the moment they will reach your door step, e.g., cab booking, food order, Delivery of the items, etc. We‘re designing this application by certain deadlines. We’re here to satisfy our customers that they can use this framework conveniently without any problems. We both have the choices to meet both the needs of the customer and the desires of what the consumers want. Customers of IOS and Android smart phones can easily install this software. Our app Smart event organizer is well placed in front of other items as we think under the hood of digitalization and it is technically feasible. Since the cross-platform technology that is used in android, iOS, will be added. In the organization here we use the resources that are already usable, all the resources required for the production of the program as well as the maintenance of it.

Project Implementation Method

Since our project is focused entirely on the android platform, we choose to do it on Native frame work from Respond. The smart event application's backend server is based on.On Node Js as the No-Sql database along with MongoDB. Since traditional android apps were created later on Kotlin on java, it was an object-oriented approach because developers had to adapt to them together with the MVCC.The project's organization. Through years of study and growth, Facebook Announced its own Native App Development platform using JavaScript as their main language. In the dominant of era Php and python as high-level backend languages there is also Node JavaScript that works entirely on REST Api standard which means that there is an endpoint defined for each and every user or admin related tasked defined in their own folder structure. Not only this but node js can also support a wide variety of third-party technologies also such as GraphQL, socket io, Twilio etc. We have chosen Node js because it works extremely well with MongoDB as it fulfills our requirements

Benefits of the Project

Our project have many benefits which we discuss into it .Basically we develop this for our customer because it have a option of two portal first is attende and second is organizer portal. Attende portal customer should have able to book their event which is in the list and also get their event ticket by few step after the customer should able to see his/her name and all details also it have also the benefit of near by to the location where the event happend. Second its have a organizer portal which customer should have able to organize their event also and also set theit own capacity that how much seat should available In organizer option we can also see that how much people booked the event. We have also have the option of notification which can notify their event.

There are a few targets for developing this program. We're here to please our clients.That they can easily use this framework without any problems. Both of us have got the.Decisions to fulfill both the needs of the market and the aspirations of what the customers want. This app can easily be installed by customers of IOS and Android smart phones. When we think under the hood of digitalization, our software Smart event organizer is well positioned in front of other things and it is technically feasible. Since iOS, the cross-platform technology used in Android, will be included. We use the tools already in the company here that are already usable, all the resources required for the production of the program as well as the maintenance of it.
