Smart Electronic-Medical Store with Voice Recognition and Online Order Using IOT project is such an economical and less expensive Human-friendly robotized system that can reduce human efforts and help the humans to order anything using the voice commands and get their desired items. It not only minimizes the human efforts but also the time consumption hence relatively achieving a faster rate of work. This Robotic system consists of a bundle of frameworks that incorporate electronics, electrical, computing, and mechanical fields of innovations and technologies which can be utilized to perform different errands either in industrial or domestic use. This enables the client to free up their hands and to work on different errands. Some basic applications of this system utilizing voice recognitions are there to help individuals within capacity, executing preset directions, and so forth. So in this e-medical store, there will be boxes that are categorized in which the different medicines will be available and the boxes have specific numbers according to the medicine. All medicine available in the medical store is also displayed on the mobile application with their prices. The voice command option on the mobile application will be also available, from which the customer can easily order their desired box number through speak. Customers can interact with an automatic system using voice commands and speak the box number through a mobile app in which the customer desired medicines are available. The order of customer through voice command will be selected by the robot and will be pushed the item and the item dropped on the conveyor belt and the conveyor belt carry the items toward the final destination. If the items are reached at the final destination, the bill of total items will create and the customer has to pay the bill online and the online payment system will be available where the customer can easily pay his payment to get their items. This system's main control unit is based on a smart controller “Raspberry pi” that Performs as the brain of this robotic system.
There are various steps implement to complete the project in which the first step is to make a structure for the store where the boxes and their identification number for every medicine. There is two ball screw shaft has been prepared and two stepper motors are adjusted on it to achieve such motions both on x and z axes. The motors push a particular item in the customer's desired box. When the customer gives the command, the motor starts to move on the x-axis and after reaching in front of the designated box, the z-axis motor will start moving to push an item according to a customer command. The conveyor belt is adust below the boxes where the item dropped and the conveyor carries the items to the final destination. If the items are reached at the final destination, the total bill will be shown and the customer has to pay the total bill online and online payment system will be also available in the store as well as a mobile app where the customer has to enter the credit card number, and the system collects the amount from the account of customer. The online application is designed and all medicines are displayed with their prices on the application with the box number, if the customer wants to order any medicine, he has to speak the box number through the voice command option and according to the voice command, the system will act on the command.
