By transfering these transmissions lines have face alot of problems some hows in nature and some of them will accure from the mantainences systems.
Smart Distribution Lines

By transfering these transmissions lines have face alot of problems some hows in nature and some of them will accure from the mantainences systems. the nature faults will accure due to wind flow, rains, earth quick etc. and some how due to the poor mantaince system Transmission line faces alot of prolems like break lines, the insulator will breaks some time, some how there will be line to line faults and lines to ground faults etc, all of these fauls will damage the equipments from both the ends of the transmission lines. For this secuirty precausion we were building our project to have the full sectrity of living beings and by saving the time and the finance of a country like pakistan as faced a problem of BLACK OUT.
The main objectives of the project are:
* The detection of a fault
* The classification of a faults
* The location of a fault
The first step of the project is just to implement all project on PROTUES software just for having a correct wirring and to the security precutions. Then by getting your aim we are going to have a physical or hardware implementation. So for that we gonna have a wodden board a imput of 220v then by transfering them on the main towers as like distribution lines. Then we have an switching board in which we have connecting switchs by the use of that we were been easy to creat a fault on our distribution lines. by creating the fault these lines were been steped down into 5vAC as an input pins of Arduino. as we have codded our Arduino as per faults. On the other hane of the Arduino we have a relays board connecting to the main 220V lines and also having the bulbs on the holders . If the fault accures we gona see these fault on the output of the relays the the releated faults accurse on the line will cutt of the supply of the output of the relay and we were also able to see the type of the fault and the exect location on LCD screen. And all of the above we have ACS712 current sensor and ZMPT101b voltage sensor on which we were able to see the input supply of the voltage and current continuesly. the power supplies were working for input supply of an Arduino.
As above clarify this task depend on the world issues, basically the electricty is now one of the most important part of lifes.
The final deliverable of this project were been applicable to detect the fault and were been classify the type of the fault and also were been able to located the exect location of the fault on the distribution line. The sensors named ACS712 and ZMPT101b were been able to detect the input supply voltage and current and were also been able to show it on the monitor screen of our computer. if the fault accaurs its will been shown at the LCD screen which were been connected to the Arduino. and on the other hane we were been able to get all of the given information on our mobile phone by the use of GSM we were been able to have a exect location of the fault.
