Our idea of final project is derived from the real problem inthe world. It is very crowded in the big cities. When you visit any place it is very difficult to fina a available paking space. The concept is to design and built an intelligent parking lot underground, drivers only need to drive in specified location and check in. The car would be automatically stored underground. When drivers are back they only need to check out before they go the car would be shown up on the ground. Based on this idea we designed and built a Smart Cabinet to store and grab toy cars as a prototype to mimic the intelligent parking lot as we imagined. The cabinet will be used for parking cars in the empty space of the parking area. we designed two cells structure to store toy cars inside it. We designed a platform to put toy car on it then press the 'Store' button, and then system will store the item automatically in a cell. After Smart Cabinet successfully stores a toy car, it will give a code on to the TFT Screen, which you need to remember in order to pick up toy car in the future. If you want to take the toy car frim the Smart Cabinet, you need to input the 'Picking up' code and then system will automatically takes the toy car out for you.
Project ObjectivesThe major motivating force behind this project is to provide quick services to customers which correspondingly increases customer satisfaction. As we all know parking process is quite tedious and highly time consuming. This model Smart Car Parking Cabinet will reduce paking time of customers, lower the total manpower requirement and expenses and increase efficiency overall.can say that, this innovative system will help any person who visits any office or mall and he/she want to save his/her time.
Project Implementation MethodThis system is a highly automated intelligent parking system, which is an electrically powered, mechanized multi-level metal structure designed to accommodate and store vehicles on multiple levels using the principle of lifting, transverse movement and sliding the car to a parking space on individual metal pallets.
Benefits of the ProjectTechnology is considered to be extremely important because it provides faster and more efficient methods of getting a job done. Day to day life of an ordinary human being has become a lot more hectic and people actually do not have much time to spend for parking cars. That is why people need this update for parking so that they can save their time. We can reduce the time spent on parking by our new idea.
