Our project is a basic need for any organization whether it is a School, College, Hospital, Office, etc. because Each organization marks the attendance of its employee. To mark the Attendance without error and good quality requires a lot of effort because it allows a lot of human effort to verify the attendance. Our solution uses an automated System based application that require less energy than human and gave us a quality product. It uses Face recognition to Verify the attendance on the web portal that is made up of React js and it pops up  the msg that the attendance is marked and it also sends an automated system generated msg to the employee WhatsApp no from the company no  that your attendance is marked

Project Objectives

Our primary goal is to help the Admin of Each Depart to improve and organize the process of tracking and managing Employee attendance and absenteeism. Additionally, we seek to:

• Provides a valuable attendance service for both employees and the Admin of the organization.
• Reduce manual process errors by providing an automated and reliable attendance system that uses face recognition technology.
• Increase privacy and security which Employee cannot be presenting himself or his friend while they are not.
• Produce monthly reports for Employee Working Hours and Working days.
• Produce Daily reports for Employee attendance Working Hours and Working days.
• Produce Weekly reports for Employee attendance Working Hours and Working days.
• Produce Yearly reports for Employee attendance Working Hours and Working days.
• Produce Attendance Report Monthly
• Show Progress To Employee

 Future Planning

• We Planned to Enhance this project in the future and add up the evaluation of employees As well that help the senior-most person to select the employee for yearly reward

Project Implementation Method

The implementation method of this project is when there is an entry of a person (Employee) So the admin of each department login the Attendance portal using its own credentials and marked the attendance of all employees to maintain the security using the camera and marked it and also view its marked attendance and also view the previous attendance

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

This system will be based on (RDBMS) technology, and this can be run on any network environment, in this system, there are admin login panel There are two types of users in this system Following

Admin:

Admin will have managed all the administrative work like Admin management where he adds delete and view the admin and also user enrollment and collect the photos of the user and generated the attendance monthly report and also export the report in excel file.

The employee will only mark their attendance using the camera at the admin portal and view their past attendance report etc.

Employee:

An employee can see the report of yearly monthly and daily and weekly
