Project Summary

Our project consist of a website for online appoinement system , it is consist of a portal for a doctor in which he/she can enter the records of patient their appointment details their medical details, treatment reports and prescription which is given by doctor all these data are recorded in database which doctor can open at any time by login the cnic of a patient.

Other portal will be created for patient in which he/she can get online appointment by their doctor. Here we will add advanced feature. The patient will enter his symptoms and the website will find most accurate disease from the database of disease and find the most suitable doctor based on the information of the doctor such as specialization of doctor, successful cases of the that particular disease handled by the doctor and customer reviews about that doctor. We will use here data mining techniques such as decision tree. We will train our model from previous datasets of disease so it can predict the disease when someone enter new data.

Project Objectives

Our objective behind this project is that to create a online website for local people who face too much difficulties to find a good doctor or to get appoinement from them , also some peoples are from remote areas who travel from there to city to get a appoinemnt from a doctor , So our objective is to create a online smart appointment system so that peoples can easily take appoinement the doctor and can easily communicate with the doctor before the appointment , also people can add there symptoms for any desease our website will search a appropiriate doctor for that desease.
